If you book your reservation online, but choose to reschedule for ANY reason- BE WARNED: If you have a Sunday booking and you decide that day to reschedule, you can not reschedule online (which is the only option). I called and said I couldn't rebook online, and wondered if they could take my information so when the following weekend's scheduled opened up they could add me. She said no. Everything has to be done online. So I again explained it wouldn't let me reschedule online. From there she basically said "too bad." She said I could try booking online for the next weekend once the schedule opened up. I asked if that was allowed since technically my ticket would be in the past. She said she didn't know. Nowhere on the ticket does it say it has to be rebooked within the weekend you are purchasing. I wish I had read other reviews before purchasing a ticket in the first place. read more

Have been going to Keith's for years and today we went for our annual Apple picking. We decided to purchase so Apple cider donuts and as they don't sell them individually we bought a half dozen as that's the only available option. My sister in law and I decided to each have one on our way home and as we both took our first bite we realized we were eating dirt. Yes dirt! Clearly the donuts were dropped and just repackaged which is totally disgusting. I called Keith's to inform them and also I want pleased that I just threw away $6 thinking they would offer me something to compensate me but no the woman just said "ya I'd be upset too!" Really?!?! It was confirmed when I brought them home and showed my husband who found a piece of grass on one. So disappointed but more so In the response that I received or lack thereof. I'm a local photographer and have used Keith's farm not only for photos, but for visiting the farm as well. I've visited both their apple orchard and Christmas tree farm. Most years, the Apple farm has been amazing. A super great selection of apples and they taste delicious! Definitely my favorite place to collect apples. This year the Apple selection wasn't as good, but I know with the heat a lot of farms crops were hurt. The apples still tasted terrific though and I took a whole basket home! Keith's Farm also has a great tree farm for Christmas Trees! I've taken photos within the trees and loved the selection they have. Highly recommend this farm! read more

There are so many apples here it's unreal. Cortland, Honeycriso, red delicious, Macs, etc. the trees are laden with everything you can possibly pick in a beautiful setting. Great pies, the donuts were soft and homemade apple crisp in single serve containers as well as slices of pie-delish! We saw chickens, there is a hay ride, this place was absolutely packed yet we barely saw a soul on our walk through the orchards. This was a super fun morning with family. read more

Paid for reservations during the pandemic. Went to my reservation time and saw the place packed and I would say that at least half the people, children, pregnant women, etc, you name it... WERE NOT WEARING MASKS. I went to the barn to see if they were checking times or reservations... nope. Most of the employees had their noses out and everyone had to pass in and out of the same small barn and no one was keeping their distance. It was essentially a cesspool germs and likely against state mandates. We left obviously, to avoid any potential danger. I called to have my money returned and I was told they don't give refunds. When I ask if I could at least come in and get the apples I paid for- I was told I'd be called back. But I never was. I even left two messages after that. Crickets. I understand that policing people shouldn't be on them and that in a perfect world, people would follow safety precautions on their own. However, this is not the world we live in. To promise a safe and healthy outdoor activity, not deliver, and then refuse to even give me what I had paid for is just plain thievery. Do not go here. read more

For years my family has been coming to this farm for apple picking. Last year and this year it was a disappointment. Last year they had no cider for sale and this year they had no cider donuts. I found it so unsanitary for people to bring dogs there. There was dog feces on the ground near the apples, sadly where most of the apples were being picked up from because the apples on the trees were mostly rotten. The price for the apples was close to $3 a pound, which in my opinion was overpriced. I would never pay $3/lb for apples that I would have to find on the ground where there might be a possibility that a dog urinated on. read more

I give one star for delicious strawberries, but otherwise our experience was disappointing. When you pull up at the main entrance, it gives very Stephen King novel vibe... Barely any signage other than at the main entrance when you pull in--you are left trying to figure out what the details are. Gate was closed as we were there 5minutes before it opens so we parked along the area where you can park. My daughter and I stepped out of the car and an unleashed large, black dog came barking and charging at us fast and aggressively. The dog apparently belongs to the owner. Owner was no where in sight. As a result, I had a shaken up child, I dropped my iPhone without realizing and the next car that came in drove over my iPhone. I confronted the owner that the dog needs to be on a leash. You are running a business where people (many whom are children) are arriving (it was 5mins before opening) and you need to have the dog on a leash. She barely acknowledged my concern. So this strawberry picking expedition cost me $200 and a whole lot of hassle to replace my destroyed iphone. Thankfully my daughter isn't afraid of dogs--she was shaken up, but wasn't nearly as traumatized as another child may be. All said, we will be going elsewhere for strawberries in the future. read more

The farm itself is ok. I mean it's a farm. It's something to do with your kids. The main issue I have is the confusion around payment. Cash here, card there, can't use cash at this register, etc. it's all the same business! I mean obviously they are trying to take in as much cash as possible so they can claim as little as possible tax wise. I'm in businesses for myself and I take cash, credit, debit, check, money order, bitcoin lol whatever. It's 2017 you need to accept credit/debit. Get with the times. Fairly disappointed by our pumpkin picking experience. Photos and descriptions on their website are what lead us to Keith's Farm for a morning of pumpkin picking. The place is much smaller than expected and is poorly signed. There is not much direction on where to go so you just kind of have to figure it out for yourself. The hayride cost $3 per person and that part was fun, but it ended quick and I found it quite weird that the guy driving the tractor didn't assume we were picking pumpkins; he asked if we wanted to when we got to the field? Strange if you ask me, but I guess it's possible that people just go on the hayride. I felt like he stopped at a section of the pumpkin patch that had already been gone over many times, leaving the rotting and broken ones for us to choose from. We passed other spots that looked much better. There wasn't a single pumpkin that wasn't flat and black on one side. The good news is that if you get there when they first open, there are no lines. I was looking forward to the farm stand, but it was small, nothing inside, and the staff didn't even acknowledge us. The best part of this whole ordeal was the apple cider. I would absolutely recommend at least trying one of their pints. It was delicious (but was disappointed to see that there were no slushes, considering that it's advertised on the website). read more

This was my first visit to Keith's Farm because I wanted to go to a spot close by to pick pumpkins and, possibly, apples, with my son. I've driven by the sign for this place many times but always said I'd check it out next time I was in the neighborhood but then forgot. It's late in the season for apples and this year has been very dry by typical SE Massachusetts standards, so most of the closest trees were pretty empty. Further down the orchard, there were many trees still loaded with fruit, both golden and red apples, and we filled a bag before grabbing a couple of pre-picked pumpkins from near the entrance and a jug of cider. All for under $20, which I think is a good deal. The apples aren't the biggest, but are quite tasty, especially the golden ones, and the cider has a nice, clean flavor to it which is nice because we like to mull our cider before enjoying it. Everyone seemed pretty friendly, parking is free and the experience with my small child was well worth it. I'll be returning next year for berries and the farm stand. read more

Keith's Farm is my favorite spot for apple and pumpkin picking in Massachusetts! When the air gets a bit cooler, sweater weather starts to unfold and the leaves start to change, this is the place you want two spend an afternoon. There is a hay ride that will take you all around the grounds, (Saturdays & Sundays),although I think on foot is the best way to explore this incredible place. Just walking through the apple orchards and taking in some nature is one of the coolest things. Great variety of apples to chose from: Cortland, Honeycrisp, Rome, Fuji, etc. Huge selection of fresh picked fruits and vegetables all year long. They have a huge selection of yummy treats for sale inside the Snack Bar and the Stand. Apple crisp with whipped cream and apple cider donuts are the best!! Caramel and candy apples, apple cider and tons of great homemade jarred concoctions. Admission is free. Apple and pumpkins are by the pound. For those who don't feel like picking your own apples, they have pre-made bags of like apples at the Stand for sale. Decorative pumpkins, gourds and Indian corn are also for sale. read more

This place was almost a complete disappointment. Hopefully they decide to try a little harder. I've never picked apples by the pound like they do here. Furthermore the prices were more expensive than the grocery store, defeating the purpose of supporting a local farmer. The orchard itself was also pretty pitiful. Only half of the orchard was open. The varieties of apples were not labeled and the staff didn't know what was what. The employees also said the "homemade" food wasn't made with apples from the farm. These people need to get their act together, but unfortunately they're the only show in town in this area. By the way, if you're allergic to bees, bring an Epi-pen. There's a lot of bees and yellow jackets. read more

Prices were great for pumpkins this season. 60 cents/pound. HOWEVER--the waiting time for food, tickets for hayride, and the actual hayride line itself were outrageous. Keith's needs to be more efficient when handling weekends and holidays. My suggestion: If you have kids, or if you don't want to wait for excessive amounts of time--go during the week. Hadn't been to Keith's for a couple of years, but decided to make the 45 min. drive because I really wanted some cider donuts and theirs were fresh and warm last time we visited..Such a disappointment. Not only were the donuts awful , (very dry & not fresh) there was not much to choose from... Last time there were plenty of pre picked apples, apple cider, and other fresh produce to choose from. This time there was pretty much nothing in the big metal building, and the shop had not so fresh looking baked goods, and some pre picked apples behind the counter that they chose for you. not impressed this year at all. will not be making that trip again. read more

Came here for the apple picking, and it was definitely interesting. Not the biggest apple orchard in the area, and they only had one type of apple open to pick, unlike most others where there are several. Also the place was very family friendly, with kids climbing trees resulting in most of the apples being on the ground rather than in the tree. read more

Well we got here and the place was crazy busy it just opened. It was insane we skipped the hayride I've never saw such a long for a hayride. So few days prior I had read some reviews they weren't that great I gave it a shot figured we'd have a better experience who knows right? This was my first time apple picking and I loved it! There were so many apples!!! We also bought some apple cider and some fancy salsa's. So many homemade sauces, ketchups, and pies were also available. We will definitely be back next year! read more

We also had a very bad experience here. Went on 10/10/15. Called first to make sure they had the apple varieties we were looking for, and that there were apples left. The woman assured us there were plenty of apples left, in fact, they hadn't even opened some areas yet for picking, and that they had Macs & Cortlands. We drove 45 minutes to get there. There was a very small section of trees open for picking, and A LOT of trees closed for picking. The woman should have said 70% of the orchard wasn't open for picking, for crying out loud. The trees that were open were very small, the apples were very small (like crabapples), there were trees that had no apples left and many of the apples were yellow. None of the trees are marked so if you're looking for specific varieties, this is not the orchard for you. There are no employees in the fields to guide you to certain varieties or answer questions. When I went back to the entrance to ask how to find specific varieties, I was told I could buy them at the farm stand. Super helpful. I could also buy local apples at the supermarket down the street, and save myself the drive. We left 10 minutes after we got there with no apples. The lines to pay for apples were the full length of that long metal building they route you through, so even if we had picked some of the tiny, who-knows-which-variety apples, we would have waited in line 30 minutes to buy them. Each year this about this time we fly up to see grand kids and take them to Keith's Farm for 3 years. This will be the LAST TIME!!! took them on the Pumpkin ride to the field, that was ok. Workers not friendly this time, not that they were before but this year was bad. By time I was able to reach the kids and daughter (I walk w cane) The 2 bags were 1/2 full. Apples were so small and most trees roped off. TONS of apples lay on the ground. I went inside to speak to the cashier, I asked if there was a place to put unwanted apples, the kids had too many and alot were bruised. I was thinking they sell the stuff there in baskets so not a big deal. I was very nice when I spoke to her. WELL...you would have thought I just robbed them. This old woman yelled at me like I just did a crime. she said no you have to pay for them and lectured me. We walked away to the side table to take out bruised ones that we planned on taking out from the beginning, there were bags of apples left there from other people, they looked better then what we had so we exchanged out some. The guy that was near the woman that was nasty stood right on top of us yelling about taking out the apples etc. we explained we were taking ones out that were bruised. he gave us a terrible lecture of how we were the ones that bruised them etc etc. SO RUDE!! We went out and met our daughter and Grand kids. This "LURCH" like guy followed us out about 6" away from my arm (TRIED to intimidate me). Hovering over us like we were criminals. We stayed watching the chickens he stayed right there. He followed us up to the cashier. (it was very crowded) We paid for our (1) ONE bag!!!! some how the other bag was empty...hhhmmm???? I do not think he knew our Daughter was with us. RUDE does not pay Mr Lurch. Now had she said you have to pay for what you pick, or in a nice tone we would have been more then happy to get all the apples. he was over us about 20 minutes following and hovering, completely to the check out. Never again!!!! I hope he was the owner bc if not they need to fire him and the lady. read more

Had a great time....staff was very helpful, prices were reasonable.....usually we go to c.n smith in bridgewater but staff there are horrible and prices are crazy! They have a set price 28 for a small dinky bag or 45 for the next size up Wich honestly isn't much more....At keiths you have more control of how much you want to spend. ...2.19lb for apples and .40 lbs for pumkins....cider donuts are amazing! Hay rides, farm stand, everything was nice and organized. Definitely will be going back! read more

I took my grandkids here (ages 2 and 5). They didn't want to stay. There were many large dogs that were scary to the kids. None had service dog vests or collars. Do large dogs belong in a place where many small children are? Also, there were a great deal of yellow jackets around. We moved from place to place and couldn't get rid of them. So, we finally left. The prices were a bit steep, $2.15 per pound of apples. Not sure what kind of apples we picked because the trees weren't labeled and the staff had no idea where different varieties were. Too bad I won't be back because I like to support local farmers. read more

Can't believe not one person has written a review for this place! It's an awesome setting for a PERFECT Fall day. I have been coming here for many years and look forward to it every Fall season. I love the environment this farm has created for families and the smells of Apple Crisp in the air don't hurt either! Fresh food and hot drinks are usually found and there are awesome hay rides to the pumpkin patch that on weekends usually cause quite a long line, if you are up to waiting. The lines can become quite long while waiting to check out but other than that it's a great time. I pick apples to bring home to make my own apple crisp and also grab some pumpkins to carve! We are on a hunt for the best apple picking in our area. This was definitely not it. The apples were small and tasteless. They don't even smell apple-y, they are just so bland. The prices were ok, and the apple cider donuts were amazing (which is why they get two stars instead of one), but the lines to pay were ridiculously long and disorganized. Not impressed. DO NOT bother going on the weekends unless you like waiting in long lines. The best part of going was sitting in our car trying watch people park.. I think the entire city of New Bedford was here on Sunday. Place is fine on weekdays but they can't handle the crowds.. The highlight of the day was seeing a guy scream at his wife, "You don't know how to f****** drive!" when she was trying back there huge pickup truck into a parking spot. read more

I have gone to Keiths 2 years in a row. Last year was okay but this year was a different story. First the apples were very small and they had so many trees blocked off that the selection was horrible. One type of apple...thats it. The hay ride was fine out to the pumpkin patch. The pumpkin patch was good. Lots to choose from. The only problem is that the lines we HUGE. Over an hour wait to pay for your stuff. We put everything down and left. Lastly the bees are out of control. If you are allergic I recommend staying far away from this place. read more

Good before but now,this place was a nightmare the animals weren't kept well.The got had no room and a dog was limping around looking for food,that's not all the chickens were missing feathers and you could see there skin. If you're looking for apple picking in the Acushnet area, you may want to keep looking. Parking is difficult, lines are long, the orchard is fun if you make your own fun but as far as apple picking is concerned, the apples are small and tasteless. There's also no real direction from staff and you kind of wander until you figure out where to go and what to do. They have music piped in thru the orchard which is enjoyable but overall it's unimpressive. read more

And we asked the lady at the door "if we pick the apples can we give the apples to the stand offering our free labor. The lady at the door told us it was fine. So,great we go apple picking as well. So we come in and give a young lady our ONE HALF BAG of apples and she takes them, no big deal. So after the hay ride (that was horrible, dirty and packed) we went and got our pumpkin and went back to the line to pay. Some old guy comes up to us and tries to hand us the apples and says"these are yours" and my husband told him "we arnt purchasing those, we picked those to help your stand out the lady said we could". At that very moment the old man yells "WELL THEN YOUR AREN'T TAKING THAT PUMPKIN!!!!" And physically tired to SNATCH the pumpkin out of his hands . so they looked like they was about to fight because he put his hands on my husband for no reason what so ever, so i got in between them and told the older man ill buy them if its such an issue. I took the apples and continued to stand in line. The man then followed us until we got to the register and continued to harras my husband and talk about my son when we weren't even speaking to him. He continued to belittle us and try to push us out the door when all we tried to do was help his business. Its dirty, the animals look sick, apples are small and have no taste, very ignorant staff and you are left to wander and figure things out on your own. I know NEVER to go there again. I've gone to Keith's Farm for apple picking at least 3 different years. The first year I had stopped at a few apple piking farms in the area and they were all out of apples. One of the workers told me to go to Keith's Farm because they only have apple picking on the weekend. I've just gone to Keith's Farm ever since. They offer more than just apple picking. I love the nice hayride they have to bring customers to the pumpkin patch, which is huge. They have a couple of sheep and several chickens. Aside from apple picking, they also have areas of the farm for customers to pick their own raspberries and other produce. Depending on the time of the year, they also have potatoes for customers to dig up. The apples this year weren't the best, but I think they close off parts of the apple orchard so that they last until the end of the season, which makes sense. My family enjoyed going to this farm and I plan on coming back year after year. I would definitely recommend it. read more
