After everything was sorted, I was informed that NIKKE wasn't part of the shipment at all -- not delayed, not street-dated, simply not included, which directly contradicted the message they sent me earlier. I understand shipments can be incomplete. The issue was being told the product would be available during the event period and only finding out the opposite after waiting around. We found that their selections of board games, their game room, where you can play the games, actively and the staff were exceptional. They are very welcoming and know a lot about gaming.
