So we're totally gutting our home and redoing all the tile in the kitchen, three bathrooms, showers, the whole 9 yards. We looked at HD first and picked out what we liked....then we found that floors and Tiles saved us a ton of money with a much prettier tile. I've worked with both Ray and Jose and had great service. They do have a 30 day return policy, but they'll take stuff back after that, they just have a restocking fee. It's a bit steep at 25%, but most places (*cough* LUMBER LIQUIDATORS *cough*) will charge a restock fee right away when you return, even if it's the very next day. This place gives you 30 days with no restock. I think that's not unreasonable. Anyway, the prices are great, the service is better, and they have beautiful products. I have only good things to say. Note: I wrote the same thing on their Kissimmee store page but am putting it here, since this is where we usually go.

It was ironic because we had just come from another flooring company who was also closed when they were supposed to be open, but they at least had a note on the door saying they were closed until Monday due to an unforeseen roofing issue (and we did see people on the roof). It's common courtesy to let your customers know why you're not open when you're supposed to be. Needless to say, they will not be getting our business because it would be hard to trust that kind of company. We did call before going to any other locations that day.

We've been to the store several times, despite it being more than 2 hours from us. We took an intro-to-router class and it was terrific. We have purchased all kinds of goodies from them both in-store and online from .com. The latest round was just beyond awesome. Wife wanted to have a look at the CNC offerings. We found them, a laser cutter, and then we encountered Steve on our first visit who was showing us around the Shaper. He was so excited to show us (knowing full well we weren't buying on the spot). He offered up Jen to show us around the laser and CNC machines as she was more of an expert (his words). He gave us his cell to call on Friday to organize a visit after our return home from a work trip. Who does this? Well, Rocker apparently. We went back down to spend 2-3 hours there just learning about their options for CNC, Shaper, and Laser. Jen was FANTASTIC. She spent like an hour and a half with my wife (and me) explaining the various systems, benefits, and models. She explained what kinds of projects each can be used for, the tools, accessories, bundles, and more. Steve brought in some of his ideas around creating inlays for my wife and sat for almost an hour with her. They, of course, helped other customers while attending us but this was unbelievable service. I called to ask about a model number and got Bob. He said he'd do the best he could to answer my question and he said "yeah, I remember you." You don't get that in the big box stores. Incidentally, he absolutely answered my question. There are so many reasons to buy here. Sure, they're slightly pricier than Home Depot or BLowe's but there is a whole different level of quality and the service is phenomenal. They'll share their projects with you. They show the Rockler.com website with all the free learning material. They're excited to show you the workshop schedule. We WILL be buying here.
