I was extremely pleased with the work done for me by Gary Tingley and his crew. They responded immediately to my call about an oil leak, assessed the situation, and began remediation promptly. Gary kept me informed about their progress, and made sure I always knew what was going on throughout the week they worked on my property. He also hooked me up with a temporary barrel of oil so that I could have heat while my tank was out of commission, which it wouldn't even have occurred to me to ask for. Gary contacted the DEQ and advocated for me, to have state monies cover the cost of the clean up, which was a God-send, and he ordered and installed a new tank for less than all the companies I contacted would have cost. Just had Certified Environmental Drilling, Charlottesville, VA, remove an old underground heating oil tank. From start to finish, they were the most professional, knowledgeable, and friendly people. They coordinated everything - from having the soil tested for leaks and pumping the old fuel out to removing the 1000-gallon tank and grading the yard. Would highly recommend them! The crew spent 3+ days removing two buried oil tanks which were not easy to get to. Hired this crew to replace a leaky underground oil tank with an above-ground tank, all just days before a pending sale of a residential property. They did the work quickly and professionally, sent photos of the final product the same day it was in place, and tested the heating system inside and out.
