Our shingles had turned dark grey and black over the years and we figured it was time to have the house re-shingled, and looking at the price of that was not fun. Dan saw the house and listened to our concerns. He came back with a list of things to clean, including our shed, deck, front brick steps and the four walls of the house. Cleaning was a fraction of re-shingling the house and the place looks amazing! I had a concern that the shed, which is not in the heat of conditions as it turns 15 this spring, would not hold up to a power washing. Dan said that they had a soft pressure system that they would use on it to ensure it wasn't damaged. I really appreciated how he listened to what we had to say, and then his actions backed up his statements. On top of that his crew also cleaned our coolers on the deck, and the few deck items that had gotten dirty beyond what soap/water would clean. Thoroughly impressed by the quality of the work, timeline of when it was done, friendliness of the entire team, Dan's responsiveness, and especially by the small details like cleaning the deck furniture and coolers.
