Moved and put back all furniture in fully furnished house. Covered all furniture when painting. Removed all paintings, filled holes, and sanded. Accurate lines, no drips or splatters. Texted if they had any questions. Swept floors when finished. Clearly labelled remaining paint cans and stored in garage. Came back to fix a couple of little things with no complaints or additional charges. All in all a very professional job with great results. I'd highly recommend Sisters Pro Painting. There was a delay on her end in terms of start date, but she updated us a few days ahead of time and still managed to get the work done without any additional delays. This was much appreciated and a seriously refreshing change as the contractor before the painters literally ghosted us after saying he would get the work done and then NEVER EVEN showed up to do any work causing us to have to drop the project and move on with the painting. On the first day, a can of paint was accidentally spilled on the driveway. She took accountability for the issue and also offered to reseal the driveway at no additional cost. Much commends on this and this made me trust that she would do the job well and she took pride in what she does. She did manage to do a very thorough and good cleanup of the driveway and thus we decided to not have her need to reseal the driveway. After a few days of work, she contacted us to let us know the work would be done slightly earlier than the agreed upon time and gave us time to inspect. The workers were friendly and took care of the house and cleaned up the house well once the job was done. I would definitely go to them again for future jobs.

I have rehired Natik to paint my recently bought condo based on exceptional experience I had with…read morethem in the past. Initially, Natalie was helpful and excellent to work with. However, while charging for experienced painter rates, she sent a 20+ year old immigrant who didn't speak a word of English with a slightly older "supervisor" who spoke marginally better English. Natalie advised (after the fact) that they do not prime and the fact that they painted off white directly over a green base causing the green to bleed out and show through is a direct result of my choice of colour, not that they didn't primer nor put at a minimum a second or third coat. She took a decision not to paint the inside front door and now refuses to come and fix it, notwithstanding her commitment to do so. In all she charged me $2,700.00 to paint a 650 sq ft condo and has "graciously" agreed to come back and fix her shoddy work for the tune of an additional $1,400.00. It is truly sad to see what was an excellent and highly professional company drop its standards so low as to disgrace its once stellar reputation. Buyer beware. And inspect thoroughly before paying.

The trim in the existing house was painted in oil-based paint originally, Awat was very attentive to every single detail, and used a special primer on the trim before applying the new paint.
