Over the years, I've flown to Lubbock numerous times and I would call Josie (Pena). She is probably the nicest cab/taxi driver I've ever met. Her vehicle is very clean and she is very pleasant. If you are looking for a great cab/taxi driver, especially if you are a female flying on business by yourself etc and you need a driver, I'd highly recommend her. Josie's number is 806-577-1702. Have used CEO twice and both times have received mediocre service, Driver was late the first time and the second time, the driver got lost, too chatty to pay attention to his map I guess.....Airport could do much better with taxis. read more
