Huge mixed-use entertainment district with restaurants, shopping, professional offices and even a large hotel (which was very difficult to find). The bowling green in front was nice and the restaurants with open air dining were quite lovely. Parking? Yeah, you're paying if you want to be on the street. And since my 10' tall van won't fit in the parking deck, I'm paying. That first stop with their hand out turned me off. At least I might be able to plug into one of these Level 1 chargers on the street, right? Nope, the first two I tried were not powered on. Ugh. I stayed here for an hour (yep, paid for that parking spot) to meet with a friend in the hotel and opted to head on to elsewhere. Yes, Century Square is beautiful yet their militant parking attendants ruin the whole experience. Their parking meters do not work either. Many people have paid to park, only to receive a ticket on their dash, call to explain they paid and/or the meter didn't work. Their response? Tough, pay the ticket. Last time I went, I was 30 minutes late from my lovely breakfast meeting, and you guessed it, a parking violation. In the last 2 months, I've been to Century Square 3 times and 2 out of 3 times, I received a parking violation. Once because the machines weren't working and I tried (and thought) I paid, the second time 30 minutes extra was too much for the attendant to bare. It has become so difficult to enjoy your lovely crape, enchilada or steak when the entire time you are thinking "Did the parking meter take my money?", or "Am I out of time?" or "When was my parking time over and is the military of parking attendants trying to bust me outside because I'm late?" I love, love, love Juanita's, Sweet Paris and Porter's, but regretfully, since I must bring a vehicle to get there, I'm going to think thrice before going, not because I do not want to go, only because I can not afford $25 to $45 in parking violations every time due to a faulty machine or I'm just having too much fun. My advice? Uber if you go to Century Square. This way, you pay $15 to get there and forego the violation ticket, because it's coming. read more

I love coming here with my friends! We love all getting our own choices for dinner within Century Square and hanging out on The Green. They have live music every weekend, super cool to see all the young and upcoming artists. Parking wasn't difficult at all, the garage was free and easy! read more

Do your absolute best to avoid shopping here. They will ticket you 100 seconds after you park. Even if you have intention to pay, they will not let you as the juicy $25 fine is too tempting. I can appreciate that you don't want college students using your shopping center as a park and go, but seriously you can't but wait 2 minutes to give somebody a chance to pay. I am going to do my best appealing the ticket, but if their propensity to hand out tickets with speed and vigor is any indication, they will likely not be merciful. If you do come here, expect to pay, whether in the form of paid parking or forced paid parking with a ticket. "Don't worry," they'll say, "we have a free garage where you can park and walk." But don't let it fool you, the garage is full and far. Further, if they so claim is true, that being that they want a seamless experience, why not offer free 5min parking, to allows for 1, people to actually pay, or 2, allow for simple retail happenings, like returns or in-store pickups. If I owned this center, in anyway, I'd be embarrassed by the unsympathetic tone and actions taken by this group. Please notice the times on the ticket and the return receipt. read more

This Mall wants you to think of me often, so like Fall Out Boy said, remember me for Century! Century Square is an amazing shiny new rich people Mall in College Station, where they even host concerts and whatnot. It is definitively very bourgeoisie. The highlight and most popular destination here is the Sharetea location, which was just opened up recently and usually has lines out the door. It's not my favorite Plaza and has some pretty atrocious parking. Getting in and out of it off of the main roads of College Station right across from the Uni, is very melodramatic, because this town is just a town - but you would think you were trying to get in and out of the Houston or Dallas Galleria the way things are set up. The only review of it is harsh, though, so I'll edge towards a 4 instead of 3. And Sharetea of course is delicious. These disgusting "humans" that run this facility use McCarthyistic tactics to ensure you get towed, regardless of whether or not you are a consumer at their pitiful business chains, of which are all mediocre at best. In a multiple story parking garage with dozens of open spots (because the businesses within the complex are objectively mediocre), you are not allowed to park there. It is a shame this mockery of a facility even exists. Never in the remainder of my life will I ever spend money here, I will tell everyone I know that century square is awful, and to not visit. I could give this shopping area a better review if it weren't for 2 things. First, paying to park which means "paying to spend money" in one of the stores or restaurants. Outrageous!! Second, it is very difficult to get around in the parking area and back onto University Drive. Very poor planning. We went to Blaze once but will not return. We will not pay for parking. read more

The food places can have bad service on busy nights bc customers are inside and outside. It can be busy with parking but there is a garage, so enjoy the walk outside! The playground is great for kids of all ages, parents bring blankets and balls and toys, the kids kinda all play together. This is an upscale place for adults & parents. Atmosphere weeds out the clientele they don't want to attract, aka college students, since it's right near campus. This is our new go to on Friday's. My girls love the concerts! read more

Have come to love Hop Doddy & now Blaze Pizza ...was looking forward to trying the other new restaurants nearby as well BUT, today discovered we must PAY to PARK. Only indication was the "Meter Maid" placing tickets on cars. The process is very poorly designed. Once you park, you walk to the pay station and must know in advance how long you will stay. $1 for 1 hour. If you will stay longer than an hour, it's $5. How are we supposed to know exactly how long it will take us to eat? Then the machine asks for your license plate number so if you don't have it memorized you walk back to your car & either take a picture of it, write it down, or try & remember it. Then you walk back to the machine. Once you enter lic# into the machine you must WALK BACK TO YOUR CAR AGAIN TO PUT THE DAMN RECEIPT IN THE WINDSHIELD! And only then, if you haven't had a heat stroke from pounding the pavement, you may continue on to your destination. We might have stayed to enjoy a 2nd beer with our lunch but were in a hurry to get to our cars before "Meter Maid." Sorry but all the other restaurants in this town provide free & easy parking so won't be doing this again. So long Century Square! read more
