For years Terri looked and would suggest this and that. One day the perfect property they managed had a tenant that was listing their failing business known as Pop the Bubble for sale, Terri gave me a call.... Terri and Jessica's professional experience isolated me as the buyer from the seller, a necessary tactic with the oddly hostile seller. Unfortunately, the seller breached our contract in many ways, but both Terri and Jessia maintained a professional attitude amid verbal and written attacks from the seller. Terri and Jessica helped us in ways that were above and beyond, like adding cash back to the seller to make up for the seller's inventory discrepancies. Some call that extortion, but they handled it with professionalism. At this same time Terri helped us acquire our new home near our family in a seamless transaction. When escrow closed on our home, we were very late in arriving at our new house, Terri warned us that Murphys closes at 8 so eat before we come up and the key to our new home will be hidden out in the yard for us. We never got that chance to eat but when we entered our new home our counter was filled with food, plates, cups silverware, our fridge was stocked with wine beer, soda, and tons of food! Wow! Terri is AMAZING!! I felt supported at every step, they covered all the fine print, details and answered my numerous questions. They were both especially supportive in court where the judge found the seller at fault with the Pop the bubble business sale and breaching the contract. We failed to read EVERY detail because they are local and my business local. We trusted them. They are thrives and constantly worked for the buyers best interest to get them more money in the end. She also handed my keys at close of escrow to the buyers knowing that we also had 4,000 worth of extra inventory that she was supposed to offer the buyers knowing. Crooks!

They are the worst marketers in the world, no fliers at the house across the street which had been for rent, their sign doesn't even say it is for sale now (that part is broken off) when I called the agent said there was a lot of confusion but it was "for sale", so when I said they needed to put that on their sign, so people would not just think it was still for rent and the landlord had finally asked their company to get it sold. (I called as my cousin was actually interested in buying a home near me) She hemmed and hawed and said it wasn't her listing, but the sign was good enough. Also, the phographs of the home do not at all show it off to it's best advantage, obviosly no professional photography going on there. Most of the time there are no flyers available. My husband is happy as he likes his peace and quiet and will be so glad no one knows whether it's for sale or for rent, or what!! .. What a worthless marketing company! A bunch of lazy old ladies, so it seems! I had also called a couple of years ago regarding a sign of theirs that had been blown down and was about 20 feet onto the property, as I felt sorry for the out of town owner of the bare parcel when I was walking my dog. They never did come to check for at least 1 year I don't even know if it is up to this day. , how sad, when I told them the street and the number on the house next door to the parcel. That just shows how much they don't care! PS:2016- Now the property across the street is for sale from a different agency, so obviously they could never get the job done for the owner.
