Prior to ever having to sign a sales agreement, Sheila and Ryan presented us with a very professional, 20-page, prospectus on the sale (e.g., comps, marketing strategy, estimate of costs and proceeds, etc). All done in a very low-pressure environment. Immediately upon signing, they went to work on marketing (open houses, email blasts, postcards, etc.), and we had several competitive offers within a very short time. From signing to opening escrow, it took only around 10 days, and I believe that it was due entirely to the pre-sale preparation and hard work by Sheila and Ryan. I highly recommend this firm.

We lucked out the day we went to an open house and Stacie and her mom Char were representing the home. She has such a winning, energetic personality and her care for her clients oozes out of her. Not only is Stacie phenomenal on her own but she has the family business and an awesome team to back her up. You never have to worry if you hit a snag because Stacie WILL have your back and will go through all professional lengths to work out any issues. If you want to feel like a second class citizen when you are spending 1.5million on a home and putting 1 million on your savings down then this is the Realitor group to go with! From the start of the process we were told that all furniture was ours after agreeing to paying over asking Stacie's exact words were "done it's all yours". During inspection we mention how a piece is already ours and Stacie says "nope none of it is"from that point we should of went and hired someone else because the lies just kept coming. It got to the point that communication with Stacie was only texts with "thumbs up" the most unprofessional communication I have seen. I'm sure this review is going to cost me the TV she said she would buy us because of her first lie and telling us the TV in the home we were buying was ours in the deal when it really wasn't but would rather save buyers from this group then have any TV. It was so bad that we are about to put our other home on the market and using a different realtor group for that sell! I will be adding more to this review I just wanted to get something out there now so people can see just a fraction of what they will deal with.
