There are plenty of realtors out there, but every once in a while you meet someone who is in a…read morecompletely different league. That's Lisa DiNoto. Lisa helped us buy our home in California 11 years ago, and I honestly didn't expect much else from her once we got the keys based on previous experiences with other realtors. However, with Lisa, that was just the beginning. Over the years she's stayed in touch, celebrated milestones with our family, and continued to show us that we were more than just another transaction. Whether it was baseball tickets, dropping off thoughtful gifts at the house, or surprising our kids with the Kona Ice truck one blazing hot summer day, Lisa has always found ways to make us feel appreciated. She did all of that without ever expecting anything in return or knowing that there might be another transaction in the future. That's rare, and it says a lot about the kind of person she is. When life took us in a different direction and we had to sell our home before moving out of state, there wasn't even a conversation about who we were going to call. We knew we wanted Lisa in our corner. Selling a home from halfway across the country could have been one of the most stressful experiences our family has gone through. Instead, Lisa took care of everything she possibly could, handled every detail that didn't require us to be there in person, kept us informed from start to finish, and made the entire process feel manageable. She got our home under contract and to closing faster than we ever expected, and she made what could have been an overwhelming experience feel surprisingly easy. The thing that sets Lisa apart isn't just her knowledge of real estate. It's the way she genuinely cares about the people she works with. She treats her clients like friends, follows through on what she says, and works incredibly hard to make sure everything goes as smoothly as possible. She even offered to interview potential realtors in our new location to help us pick the right one! If you're buying or selling a home, I can't recommend Lisa DiNoto highly enough. You'll have an experienced realtor guiding you every step of the way, but more importantly, you'll have someone who truly cares about you and your family. Looking back over the last 11 years, I can honestly say choosing Lisa was one of the best decisions we made.

Whether it was representing a double ended negotiation and bringing in one of her team members to represent the other side, referrals for work prior to listings, and in general going above and beyond on all fronts. My exhausting phone calls with multiple questions and ideas were always welcomed, I was never made to feel that I was taking up too much of her time. She always took my call or returned it within minutes and walked us through every step of the way and assured us that the final outcome would be a sale we would be happy with. Lisa is one of the rare individuals that are exceptional at her craft she is very knowledgeable and in tune with the market, this reflects on the final outcome. Specific marketing strategies along the line of social media, mailings, and personal calls to area agents, when both sales were not near her local area. These strategies demonstrate that she will do what needs to be done to make her clients comfortable ad happy. Lisa went out of her way driving roughly and hour each way many times to our last sale, only to ensure things were perfect for showings or whatever was needed. Topping the pool off blowing the leaves off driveways porches and so much more. She takes a position of ownership that gives you a feel of its own. When trusting an agent with what is usually the most important and expensive transaction of your life it's a pleasure to see a non-biased perspective. When Lisa would recommend to not lower our price or holding firm on negotiating, this would be questionable for any agent when they have a stake or compensation pending. She displayed an accountable moral compass directing us to what would be best for us and our situation. This is something that exceeds any other realtor or agent from our perspective. Lisa truly is an expert in aspect, and we appreciated her so much for all she did for us we know we will be working with her again in the near future. I Strongly recommend Lisa and her team if you are looking to buy or sell a home! If I could give her more than five stars we would.

We actually saw stopped into one of Shelly's open houses to just ask questions and we were so happy that she had answers. When she learned we were from out of state she actually took the time to come by the house to see it that night after she finished her open house. Shelly is so knowledgeable about all of the laws that come into play when dealing with wills and trust when selling a mobile home. She was able to walk us through step by step, and provide names of people we would need for various inspections. She also gave us different options. We chose to sell to an investor to get at home sold quickly, but she was also willing to help us make repairs and changes to the house to be able to sell it for more. Beyond so professional knowledge and hard work (I've begun to think Shelly doesn't sleep), she's also just a nice person. She seems to be busy 24/7 but still took time out to attend my father-in-law's funeral, and that meant a lot to us. My husband and I can wholeheartedly recommend Shelly for her knowledge, professionalism, and responsiveness.

My family and I were making a move from California to Florida, and timing was critical since we were temporarily living apart due to a job relocation. In just a few days, Kelly had our house ready for a "coming soon" status, allowing us to make stronger contingent offers on the buying side. Once we made an offer, Kelly kept in constant communication with us, our buying agent in Florida, and the listing agent for our new home to ensure everything with the sale of our California property was on track. When offers came in during the first week, she broke down all the details for us and expertly guided us through the process. Any time we had questions about paperwork or needed clarification on any aspect, she was always quick to respond and incredibly easy to reach. In the end, we sold our home for the asking price and closed seamlessly in just a 21-day escrow period! A huge thank you to Kelly Bastman! ****VETERANS READ!* - Civilians can too =] ****…read more I first had Laura as my real estate agent back in 2013. She helped me purchase my first house and I could not be more grateful for everything she did. When I first started looking for house I must have went through 3-4 real estate agents who would not help me with my VA loan. I kept being told to save money and use a conventional because no one likes to use VA. I had all but given up on buying a house until I met Laura. She assured me my VA loan would not be a problem and we began looking for houses. Laura took the time at every house she showed me to listen to what like and didn't like. I eventually found the house I wanted and shortly after was able to purchase it. I could not believe I bought a house because it felt no one wanted to work with me and my VA loan. Since then I have sold and bought another house with the help of Laura and I could not be happier. Laura is thee best agent I have had the pleasure of working with and every chance I get I will recommend her services, ESPECIALLY if you are in the military. If you are having difficulties with your current real estate agent or are nervous about starting your home buying journey, just contact Laura and you worries will soon be put to rest.

That being said...Laura immediately made me very comfortable as she educated me on the "game" of home buying. My work schedule is very difficult to work around but she always accommodated me and never wasted my time. She was always overly prepared with information on the houses we saw, which I liked, so we were never going into any home blind. Laura very quickly found numerous homes that met many of my "wishlist" requests. With the difficult market being as it is, we found that I was constantly being beat out by either investors or all cash offers. Soon enough, I received a call from Laura telling me that she had revised her strategy. She was going to go door to door in the neighborhood I'd chosen, asking someone to sell directly to me. This blew me away, both because it was 90+ degrees outside and would never ask that of her, and because she thought outside the box! Sure enough, she found my dream home that literally blows me away, every time I enter my home. I can't thank her enough for the hard work she put into my purchase and for making me feel like I was always her priority. Do yourself a favor, give her a call.

Although comparisons were difficult, which we knew ahead of time, he found 7 properties that had changed hands in recent years and that had similarities with the property at hand. For my late brother's land, he provided a ton of information plus satellite and other views of the property I had not found on public sources.
