Did not deliver, entered my home when my contractor was there without permission. Bugged the heck out of me once I was in town. Promised a yard clean up prior to my arrival, again did not deliver. She sold a rental property we had for us and went through the whole process with us dealing with so much that she didn't have to do , but she did . This is an unprofessional office, and I have been to many real estate and loan offices. I was in the waiting/reception area with a client, and the realtors sitting behind the doorway were having a discussion very loudly. This is the 3rd time I've been to this office and each time casual candid conversations about their clients are being discussed. What makes them think that the people in the waiting/reception area do not know their client. What about privacy folks? Horrible! Rented my property and found it in poor condition. Visited the office and saw sign that said "We sell fixer-uppers". If you are seeking property management, look elsewhere. Donna did not hold up to any aspect of contract regarding upkeep of property. The only element she adhered to was the 2-year contract. Avoid contracts with minimal one or two-year contracts. I realized within three months I had the worst situation possible. Regardless of who you select, take pictures of everything! The renter removed wood within cupboards, had 5 dogs (unknown to owner) and left urinated carpets and damaged walls, disconnected brand new garage door, neglected and damaged landscape and horse stables. Donna refused to forward the before photos to new management company. In original posting, Donna only posted two insignificant pictures of corners of 2 rooms. Be aware this could be her approach to minimizing "before" pictures. Told me my records had been corrupted. FYI - property managers are required to maintain records for at least 4 years. Do everything you would expect a property manager to do because Donna required a subpoena for before-photos. Review contract monthly to assure compliance with their end of the bargain. Donna was obligated with a deadline for monthly payments and statements. I didn't receive a check, statement, or phone call for three months! Donna said the $ went to repairs. Not legit. Contract required contacting owner for anything $300 or more. What happened to over $4000. It wasn't spent on improvements because the house was in great shape when I left. I paise out of pocket to remove boxed items from garage, so where did that $4000 go? There are reputable property managers in same area, so choose wisely. read more

Beware! If you sign a contract with a minimum term, nothing else in terms of their obligations will matter. You are stuck! If they were decent, they wouldn't have required a two-year contract. So much could and did go wrong in that time and did! They didn't contact me regarding major issues. Three months went by before they sent a rental statement or payment. Even though the contract with Gold Property Management, Century 21 Gold indicated Dorothy needed to contact the owner for approval of repairs/replacements above $300, she never called. The invoices provided three months later did not add up to the expenses claimed. A later example included Dorothy's request for me to pay a water bill for the tenant. Dorothy claimed it was associated with a leak in the pvc pipe. Norco Water Department provided information on a spike occurring in which 95,000 gallons were used within 5 days. It was my neighbors who provided the rest of the picture indicating a tractor visited my property during that timeframe. This is another example of breach of contract, as the owner should have been contacted prior any major changes. Dorothy's daughter claimed it was about making the property liveable! Now I have to remove pea gravel from my property where I once had fertile soil for gardening. When I expressed concerns, Dorothy Chudzicki simply mailed a flyer with her business card in case I was interested in selling. When the new property manager asked for the "before" pictures, Dorothy called and told me the file with the pictures had been corrupted. Take your own pictures. They play every game in the book here. When I visited and asked for a copy of the most recent contract, Dorothy said they couldn't get to it because it was in the attic. I thought everyone used computers these days! read more

I am so glad for this site to really say what we all would love to say about companies. As for Century one Gold Property Management is the worst ever. I rent one of there properties and they SUCK!!!!!They do nothing right especially when something is broke it takes them forever to get things fixed or even get back to you about it. The staff especially the owner's daughter thinks she knows everything and has no clue and does not listen to you. She doesn't listen and just thinks you are bugging when you have a problem its just not cool. As for the Mother she just as bad hears you on the phone but its just one ear and out the other. I just want to say if you are looking for a Home and it shows Gold Property Management if I were you seriously by someone with this issue don't rent from them. You will be unhappy and wont get the things you need done or attended to. I can only imagine how they are with being a agent to find someone a house...I can only imagine that nightmare. read more
