Our strata was very disappointed with Greg and Inspire…read more Things started out fine but after a few months he simply started ignoring our requests for service. We emailed, phoned and eventually had to drive to his office in Kelowna from Penticton to get some response. He blamed things on his assistant but who knows. I would give Inspire a negative star rating if I could. Be cautious if considering hiring and mention this review.

Wow I can not believe how this company treats it's tenants in Sun Leisure Mobile Home Park in…read morePenticton, BC. If you go to visit your friends or relatives or go for dinner you must have approval to park in front of the residence if their driveway is full. If you don't get approval the caretaker puts a note on your windshield saying you CAN NOT park in front of this residence ALL DAY OR NIGHT, Now I understand there are rules but I was parked for 10 minutes and I got a note on my vehicle I am handicapped had my plaque was in the window and within 5 minutes after putting the not on my vehicle the caretaker came back and started taking pictures of my vehicle and license plate and I was told if I didn't move my car right away they were going to tow it...... Meanwhile they only enforce some rules of the park and not others and they enforce it on some people and not on others. There is one yard that is a fire hazard as well as I am sure a health hazard and they haven't done anything about that place it is more important to have visitors call to get permission to park in front of the your friend or relative's place...... I would say this is not a company I would want to have to deal with on any kind of regular basis. I have been visiting the mobile home park for around 8 to 10 years now never had a problem and now all of a sudden you have to call Stanmar Services Ltd. for permission every time someone comes to visit you if your driveway is full with your own vehicles. NO EXCEPTIONS if you don't get permission you could go out and your vehicle is gone. This is NOT A COMPANY that I would feel comfortable having anything to do with...... A concerned person for the people of the mobile home park and the way they are treated.

Meetings are well planned, organized and flow with the agenda without being sidetracked. Council appreciates the work she does for and with us.
