By the end of the class everyone was versed in handgun safety and knew how to load and fire a weapon. I spent 10 years in the US Army, and I learned more in one 8-hour class they I remember in training. I have been in several classes that have taken more time and not gone into as much detail as we were given in this class. If you are one of the many Americans that have purchased a firearm over the past several years because you see where this country is headed, it is not enough to have a gun in your position, you need to know how to use it, what to do when your weapon jams, how to breath for the best accuracy, know your surroundings so that innocent people are not injured or killed. I believe in freedom; I believe in protecting yourself and your family. I also believe that bad guy with gun's hurt good people without guns and the untrained people risk hurting themself or their loved ones if they do not have proper training. If you are a first-time gun owner, Novis, or avid shooter, beginning course or advanced training I recommend T.A.C training, I have been to other courses in the Oklahoma City area, and this was the best I have been to, and I am looking forward to my next training session.

In all fairness he's only been twice so far, he swims tue, thur, and Friday for an hour. I'll update this review after a few weeks. I will say they seem fairly organized, with a few wasted moments between strokes but not too bad. I don't appreciate it when some coaches are on their phones while "instructing". We are driving all the way from South Oklahoma City to Norman, the beautiful aquatic center at the Mitch Park YMCA, a good solid 45 minutes one way but I'm willing to do that if they improve his mechanics/speed/endurance! I don't think they have monthly meets, although the team is officially sanctioned. I believe their next meet is in Oct. My wife and I purchased the "Introductory Package" over the Christmas holiday and just finished the…read moreinstruction last week. So I'll start off by saying the instructor we had was excellent, personable, and made the first few sessions very pleasant. The facility is nice and much larger than I expected based on its location in a smaller strip mall. There are three dance rooms, but the primary room that would be used for intro and private lessons appears to be the main ballroom which has enough room for 5-6 couples to receive instruction at one time. This also means that you could be learning the foxtrot, but the music playing would be for a waltz or other style of dance based on the other clients present. If your uncomfortable having others watch your lessons or needing to avoid other dancers and lessons even during a "private" lesson this is something to consider; however, I didn't think it was a large issue. The introduction teaches you one step of 3-4 dances and gives you some basics to work from going forward which is more than enough to fit the introductory timeframe. At this point you may be wondering what caused my rating to be so negative based on the above. The negative for me came in the after introduction sales pitch. Another instructor/owner/manager took us back to go over their packages and sold a package at ~$800 that included ~45 hours of curriculum. This was split over private lessons, group classes, and weekly "club parties" which you trade/change partners. All of this is fine; however, we have busy weeks and are unable to attend 3x per week or on Thursday's when our group courses would be. We mentioned this to the sales staff and asked about other options, but it appeared they were uninterested in selling anything else. We were told it would be ok if we missed once per week because the main value came from the private lessons, but I am averse to paying for a service I know I'm going to miss 30% of. Still hoping to salvage a portion of the process since we enjoyed ourselves we asked about only private lessons. We were told this was too inconvenient for their instructors, it would be $80 per class, and then they went right back to selling their main package. When we again said this wouldn't work the sales staff rudely close their book and left the room leaving us to say bye to our instructor and leave. TL:DR - If you don't have $800 and 3 free nights per week give this company a pass. They will be rude and dismissive as soon as you don't want that specific service and schedule.

I'm deeply disappointed in my experience with HAI. After facing issues that ultimately led to my…read morewithdrawal, I received a letter stating that in order for the school to forgive a $5,650 balance, I must agree not to make any negative or honest public statements about my experience -- including on social media. This felt like an attempt to silence me rather than a genuine effort to resolve the situation with integrity. In addition, I was told I must complete federal Exit Counseling through studentaid.gov to fulfill a Department of Education requirement. While I understand the need for that step, the communication from the school felt more focused on their paperwork than on helping me move forward. To be clear, I am not interested in dragging this situation onto social media. I simply want to continue my education elsewhere. If I am refunded all the school funds that were paid in -- so that I can transfer and enroll in another program -- I will consider the matter resolved and will not pursue it any further publicly. Students deserve transparency, fairness, and respect. Unfortunately, that was not my experience with HAI. I hope they reflect on how they treat students who are simply trying to move forward with their education.
