Well let me just say my experience was not a good one! If you speak English do not go there! My father speaks Spanish and he went there for eyeglasses all was fine Doc was nice to him as well as staff.I was told when I was ready for my exam to just come back.
So I did. I went back to this location on June 20,2017 there was literally one customer and No other business. I was refused service apparently if you speak English there is no space for you! My father did not have a set appointment I was shocked and amazed.
We can not continue to support businesses in Puerto Rico that do not respect the English speaking population! The way they discriminated against me felt terrible! Nobody should have to pay a business to disrespect them! The lady behind the counter literally refused me service! They had a list, I signed it and my name was number two and she told me I could not have service without an appointment! Different rules depending on the language you speak! Worst experience! I only gave this business one star because I am forced to give it the minimum in my review but it does not deserve any! read more
