When I arrived, Jessica was waiting for me. She started the manicure right away and was very meticulous yet careful as she worked. My Italian is not great but she was able to understand what I wanted. She did a great job with the mani and proceeded to the pedi after. I was happy that she soaked my feet in a foot bath as she worked. She did not plug it in though so it did not vibrate. I did ask her to add more hot water since the water was cool when she started. She did a great job scrubbing my feet and removing all the dead skin. I was very happy and my feet felt great! I think they thanked her The price for both was just under €50. Not bad, IMO. One happy customer. Will definitely be back! I will also add that while my feet were soaking, Jessica thoroughly sanitized her station and prepared it for the next customer. She wore gloves and a mask the entire time and changed out her gloves when needed.

This is probably the worst haircut I have ever gotten. I went to this location while on vacation…read morebased on what I thought were positive reviews and literally had 6+ inches of my hair hacked off in the front when I literally went in for a trim. An older gentleman took me in and asked me what I wanted. I said I wanted 2 inches taken off. However the first snip revealed his intentions and while I repeatedly said that too much was being cut and only when another hair dresser intervened did he stop cutting. My front layers were slightly shorter than the full length for reference. (And keep in mind that the total length was also 2 inches longer.) I have literally cried every day and honestly don't even know what to do to remedy the situation since so much hair was taken off. I can't wear my hair down at all and literally feel like I am wearing a bad wig. This was an extremely traumatizing experience and I would very much caution you from going here.
