On the way out you pay for parking with for the allotted time you were there. The grocery store and other little stores are on the first floor and a lot of clinics/dentist offices are on the second floor. Once you get to the second floor, there'll be someone at the main door asking you to check in and that really just states your name and how many people are with you and what office you're going to. There is a staircase, and there is an elevator to get to the second floor. The office is small but very clean but unfortunately in Mexico, what happens sometimes is that the running water stops working and you cannot use the restroom since there is no water to flush the toilet. The two girls at the front are really nice and are really inviting. Feel free to ask them any questions you have. Dr Yasmin introduced herself and she was very lovely and she is the person who did my cleaning and my teeth whitening. She was very lovely as well and she kept asking me if I was OK and was very attentive. So what happens first is that the doctor will check you out and make sure that the items you requested can actually happen that day and then someone comes and gives you a quote and if you would like to continue, you sign the quote and then the work is started. It was my very first time doing a teeth whitening, and while she was doing it, it did not hurt at all, but I did experience some teeth sensitivity around an hour later. They are very organized and communicate quickly via email and WhatsApp. They offer a shuttle service pick up, which is easy. As soon as you cross the border, the pick up area is right outside the gates and the pharmacy. The driver gives you about a 10-minute grace period for your pick up appointment. However, if you miss it for whatever reason, the uber is under $5 to get to the office. For your appointment, you receive a QR code which you will scan to get through to the elevators. The QR code will only work 15 minutes before your appointment. This is to manage the amount of people in the waiting room. There is still a seating area in the first floor if you're early. Dr. Alexandra performed my cleaning and she was super nice. There is a TV on the ceiling and they even ask about your favorite music to have it on while they work on you. I shouldn't have had to manage the follow-up myself throughout a process involving repeated corrections. The insurance service they offer was also a nightmare to navigate. I had to reach out over and over again to get information and move things along. Instead of making the process easier, it created more work for me. Dental work doesn't always go perfectly the first time, but what matters is how a practice handles problems. In my case, multiple remakes did not produce a satisfactory cosmetic result, and I experienced a consistent lack of proactive communication and support. If you're considering this practice for front crowns, make sure you understand how they handle color matching, what happens if you're unhappy with the final result, and how much effort you'll be expected to put into follow-up and insurance administration. Hector who is an expert for crowns decide to help me reconstruct the work. I did 10 crowns with him from left jaw to right jaw. Cosmetic crowns. He removed the bad old crowns, prep my teeth and gums really well and redesigned everything. The crown craftsmanship is super great Beautiful work with translucent to make it natural. He doesn't rush the procedure and do everything correctly. He will make you wait a bit until your gum heals before installing it. This procedure should never be rush. If a dentist in tijuana tells you that it would be done im 3 days . Those crowns are definitely going to give you a lot of problems and pains. Don't do that to your health. Get fittings. Hector was very through with his procedure. He checked all the occlusion and bites and make sure it would look great. In my own experience.. Never ever let a regular dentist who claimed to be cosmetic dentist do your crowns. Let the specialist. A skillful Prosthodontist do your crown!!!!!! That's the only way to get it right. Dr. Pozada was able to save my tooth and did it for way less than I was estimated with my regular dentist.
