Everyone very respectful and knowledgeable. Wait time was minimal. Very happy with this place, I'm always doing my taxes there.

THANK YOU Silberman and Lam, the absolute BEST Workers' Compensation Attorneys…read more I am still in shock and ever so grateful Silberman and Lam attorneys office handled my workers' comp case. After Silberman and Lam successfully won my workers' comp case (in which I received a very nice settlement), Mr. Joey Silberman called me to inform me that my case would potentially qualify me for a SIBTF award. (Additional life-long compensation.) Again, they went to work for me. Always keeping me informed, always returning text and phone calls quickly. Always friendly, extremely knowledgeable, and truly caring. My deepest appreciation to Scott Silberman and Joey Silberman, as well as Sheryl Lam for taking on my workers comp case when no other attorneys office would. It was a true blessing when your name popped up on my computer screen just days before I would lose my rights to file. I made the call, Ms. Lam listened to me and your firm immediately went to work representing me. I was beaten down and really needed an understanding and well-knowledge legal team, and that team was/is Silberman and Lam. THANK YOU!!!!!

Where do I start? I've been working with Sai Lawyer,…read morespecifically Nimish Thakkar for the past 2 years. If you're anything like me, as in, you hate filing paperwork, get easily overwhelmed and you have a complicated immigration case, then trust me, Nimish is the answer! He basically managed my whole US Citizenship application, and then my partner's K1-Fiancé visa process. Let's talk about each of those experiences, starting with Citizenship: 1. My citizenship application was scary to me because I had some tricky life conditions attached to it. 2. In just five months, I had my certificate in hand. That's VERY IMPRESSIVE especially in Silicon Valley. The timeline was as follows: 1. May 2022: We applied 2. August 2022: Application was approved 3. October 2022: I interviewed for my citizenship and had the oath ceremony + certificate in hand! 3. Why was it so fast? 1. Well because Nimish prepared a comprehensive file that left the immigration officer with no questions, thanks to his meticulous preparation. 2. He also practiced every possible scenario with me, ensuring I was ready for anything. 3. Nimish even flew to California to accompany me to the interview, which speaks volumes about his dedication. 4. What I appreciate the most, is that he took his time explaining the actual law to me, so that way, I know how to handle every situation. 5. He jumped on Zoom with me and practiced different questions and mock interviews before my interview. 6. Our file was so thorough that my interview took less than 10 mins. It was a slam dunk! After I got my citizenship, we started the process to bring my fiancé from Europe, through the Fiancé K1 Visa. 1. We expected this to take 18-24 months, but it only took 11 months. Timeline: 1. May 2023: We applied 2. December 2023: Application approved 3. April 2024: Interview + we got the visa! 2. Nimish as usual, was very communicative and thorough and helped us through every nook and cranny 3. Our application folder/paperwork was so big that the immigration officers were actually surprised during the interview. 4. We had an answer and paper for every possible question, so the interview was also less than 10 mins. 5. He also jumped on Zoom with both of us and helped my fiancé practice different questions and mock interviews Personality and responsiveness: 1. Nimish is VERY caring, and feels more like a friend than a lawyer who doesn't care about you. He actually treats you like a human, not like another "client" 2. He is very thorough. Seriously. VERY THOROUGH. He captured a bunch of mistakes we've written down in our applications, he made sure we didn't miss any paperwork, and was very picky about us including EVERRYYYTHING in our file so that we don't leave room for errors or missing info. 3. He is extremely responsive. His average response time was less than 24 hours to all our emails. We have multiple email threads going, with more than 300 emails sent/received. He always answers all of our questions promptly, corrects our mistakes, and leads us to the right answers. We were never worried about him ghosting us, as he was always so responsive. In summary, Nimish is truly an incredible and very smart lawyer. He's honest, responsive and thorough. He treats you like a human. He cares. And he's really good at what he does. He got us my citizenship in 5 months, and our fiancé visa in 11 months. He practices in NY and in CA and will always be my #1 immigration lawyer. I recommend him to all my friends and family all the time. Thank you for all that you did for us, and for being with us through all of our journey.

He was up front about the wait time, the cost, and admitted that, while things sounded good for my husband's case, nothing could be guaranteed. There were several changes during our process (the rollback of DACA, the attempt by Biden to create a new pathway) and Kevin was always available to answer our questions and explore these options in the off chance they could provide a faster process or guaranteed outcome. We received the notifications as our paperwork moved through the system, but I am confident that even if we hadn't, Kevin would have kept us up to speed as each notification was closely followed by an email or message from him. I was unable to accompany my husband when the time came for his interview, but Kevin made himself available to him and kept him on track to successfully complete the process. I am so thankful for all of his patience and guidance throughout this process and wholeheartedly recommend his services.

A friend recommended Kevin for my residence application…read more She had already heard a lot of good things about him, So I decided to give it a chance. I drove to Paso Robles I met with Kevin and he pretty much guaranteed I had i case. (Which is one thing I appreciate, since a lot of lawyers just want to take your money). By the time I met him he had already emailed me a list of the things I needed to file my petition. So I gave him all the paperwork and started the waiting game. It took a while since it was right after Covid. I let him do his job and trust it him with the process. He always communicate it with me to make sure everything was in order, or to let me know about the status of my case. I almost got my Daca expired if it wasn't for him reminding me. (Thank you Kevin) He helped me renewing my daca and also helped me with the advanced parole. All of this while my residence was in process. His price was pretty reasonable, and he offered a payment plan. He was proactive and make sure I was ahead in case immigration needed more proof. My process took about 3 years, but having him as my lawyer gave me confidence. Now I am finally a US Resident and I couldn't be happier. I recommend him 100% Thank you Kevin.

From our first consultation, he was professional, knowledgeable, and clear about his strategy. His expertise in traffic court gave me immediate confidence. His customer service is also excellent--transparent fees, a helpful staff, and he was always accessible. I cannot recommend Attorney Harman highly enough. For an expert in traffic law who fights diligently for the best outcome, he is the one to hire. My experience was flawless.

Found this place after someone I know got a ticket in the Los Banos area and so glad we went with…read morethem because it was such a stress-free process. It was the first time I helped out with hiring a traffic lawyer so I can't really comment on the pricing. But considering that the fine costs way more, I think their pricing is fair for peace of mind since a court appearance was required and we lived 200+ miles away. All communication was through email or phone and they provided lots of updates when they showed up to court. Though we didn't get the results we wanted, they still were able to give the best possible outcome without having anything show up on the record. That was the ultimate goal anyway. Only reason why we didn't give a 5 star was because we thought communication through email could be a little better. Every time we sent an email, we would get little to no response unless we called to follow up. Other than that, I still highly recommend them especially if you get a ticket in the Los Banos/Merced area!
