The hygienist was super friendly and spoke French and English which was appreciated. Dr. Utovac was nice & clear in his comments. I sensed that the prices might be expensive but it is in a prime location and if you have insurance, it shouldn't matter too much. I booked a 2nd appointment six months from now and while I can't say I'm looking forward to it, so far, it is better than my previous dentist.

I was a patient at this dental clinic from August 2019 to December 2021. The only reason why I…read moredecided to change was because I had moved to the west end of the city, so it made sense to change dental providers. All the dental hygienists I had for teeth cleaning while I was a patient there were professional and patient focused. Dr. Saran was knowledgeable, professional and provided great patient care. The clinic itself was clean and welcoming. This is the only dental clinic I have ever been to that gave a bottle of wine as a welcome package for new patients (so nice!). They also had a decent referral program. The clinic offers direct billing to insurance companies meaning you only have to pay any necessary deductibles or percentages not covered. This clinic is located in a somewhat convenient location on Jeanne D'arc nearby restaurants and a major bus route. The clinic offers evening and weekend appointments, which is also convenient for those who work standard office hours.

No need to submit your claims after the appointment. Amid this pandemic, I have always felt safe coming here for dental work. I initially started coming here because it was conveniently located downtown, on my way to work in…read morea central location. I have since been coming to this dental clinic for approximately 5 years. As mentioned, the location is really great. The clinic is welcoming, warm and clean. The hours here are great. They often open as early as 7:30am (I think) allowing you to come by before work. Staff here are always friendly and courteous. They've always dealt with my insurance well too, if I owe anything they usually just give me a call, rather than having me pay upfront too. I like this, this is convenient for me. They have a program here too, each referral will earn you a gift card of sorts. I referred a friend, and they issued me a $25 Mastercard gift card! Amazing! My only complaint about this dental clinic is the high turn over in staff. It seems I have a new hygienist and dentist every time I visit... Overall, I really enjoy this dental clinic and I would recommend it.

I'll start with a little info about me, I hate going to the dentist and avoided going at all costs, in fact I hadn't been in over 7 years, continually putting it off for fear of being judged! I guess you could call me a dental delinquent! Thanks to some not so gentle encouragement from my fiancee I finally agreed to go to her dentist after she explained how non-judgy they are here and she was 100% correct! I have seen both Dr. Bhargava and Dr. Telang here and they are both incredibly friendly (and non-judgmental) about your teeth! Dr. Telang explained in great detail all of the stats she was discussing with the hygenist as well as explaining in easy terms what you need to do. The hygenists here are also very friendly and gentle, despite needing to use many of the little hooks I had very little discomfort or pain! One final bonus is that they will deal directly with insurance if you have it, eliminating the hassle of having to deal with insurance companies yourself!

Dr. Maha Alrfooh is incredibly precise, caring, and professional. She took the time to explain everything clearly, which made me feel informed and comfortable throughout my appointment. The entire support staff was friendly, welcoming, and efficient. This is the first time I've felt motivated to write a review for a dental office, which says a lot. Exemplary care from everyone at 613 Dental on Montreal Road. I highly recommend them. Thank you! -- Mary Pierce
