I was greeted quickly, he listened to my issue and went right to fixing it. Within a half hour my issue was solved. The next day I went back for a seperate issue and another guy from Geek Squad took my computer and asked me to show him what the problem was. He was soo patient, helpful and allowed me to ask all my questions without feeling rushed. I was very pleased to learn about my computer with the issues I had. Then we talked about a security program and recommended Bitdefender. We walked to get one in the store and he installed it. I spent $120 total for both days and it was money well spent. I recommended them to my Jamaican ex to consult if she ever has a computer problem and I will tell other friends too. Thank you Geek Squad!!

I used to work there. Before Summer 2023, it was great, but then they changed the director of the…read morestore, and the new one is downright abusive and repulsing, along with his assistant. Without going through everything that they did in details, they did contravene to a lot of regulations, such as forcing a new employee to go into the thrash compactor or lose his job. They also kept yelling and insulting employees in their faces, they would walk around and tell other employees lies about an employee who just quit after being harassed for more than a month (both physically and emotionally) by them. They also had no consideration at all for an employee's medical condition (epilepsy). No matter what I detail in here, nothing could ever depict the actual gruesome image that are these two bosses. I did try and contact the human ressources about this, but they told me that since the director of the store has a brother high in the company, they will not do anything about this (not in these words, but that's what it meant). The reason why the new director came to this store is because he did too many "mistakes" like sexual harassement, so the company silenced everyone by telling them a fake story and they gave him a promotion to get him "out" of where he was, and right into this store, where he didn't even bother trying to act better. Stay away from this place, whether you are a customer or looking for a job! Anyway, the hourly rate is under 16$...
