If you are planning on coming here, please AVOID the doctor Memrane. Truly the most frustrating experience with her. She gives you snarky comments (constantly) and acts arrogantly. Maybe a bad day...NO. My experience is based on multiple dreadful occurrences with her. Tends to be more disrespectful if you seem "unlearned" (based on the way she treated my other relative who is an immigrant that can't speak their mind). That speaks volume about their level of arrogance over her superior education. Okay, let's ignore her personality... Dismissive and you wonder if she even understands what you're going through. And did I mention the snarky comments if you make a mistake in your lifestyle choices, on your wording while speaking and JUST of your existence??? Tiny Tots is pediatric clinic that has been around for many generations now. We particularly like using it as a weekend service when our daughter's pediatric clinic is closed. The offer emergency services. The lines open up around 8 and you hope to book an appointment in the morning. The waits are acceptable and the care given is above satisfactory. All in all it suits its purpose all the while looking dated and cramped. They can do a re-haul of the place, I'm sure at some point the carpet were another color altogether. read more

Tiny tots is the worst administered clinic you can find. Expect to get frustrated. There is no way to actually speak to someone when you have a concern or even to rectify a problem. Calls are rarely returned. When you call to speak with someone, you are transferred from one box to another and eventually it hangs up. The wait time on the phone to actually make an appointment is ridiculous. 'Administration' can only be reached by email and when I did that, I received no response. So I went to the Decarie office to kindly discuss and settle my bill, I was told there are no administration offices or personnel. That it was IMPOSSIBLE to speak with someone who could help me, either in person or on the phone. ..?? It is a shame as I had a wonderful doctor within this clinic. After 6 years and 2 kids and always paying my numerous 10$ fees, many hours of waiting on the line to make appointments, many, many calls never returned - My patience has run out with this clinic as their treatment of clients (not patients), it is truly unacceptable. P.S. The fees they require for appointments are optional, I strongly suggest parents DO NOT PAY them as they are but filling pockets and in no way improving services. read more

More like 2 1/2 stars. Most of the doctors are skilled and competent, and interactions with my regular pediatrician have been positive. So where do they go wrong? 1. Booking appointments on the phone. You might be on hold for 40 minutes to talk to someone, but the alternative is leaving a message (which they won't return, or at least not within a week, anyway). 2. Based on #1, by the time you get an actual appointment booked, it will be too late. I called to make a newborn appointment for my daughter when she was less than 2 weeks old, and by the time they called back and my doctor was available, it was over a month away. So much for the "newborn" appointment. Thank God I had my midwife who was able to follow up with the baby's growth and feeding. 3. Front desk staff are rude and were not hired for their people skills. 4. If you sign up for the online booking system for $13/yr, which I suggest you do (see #1 and #2), there's no guarantee they'll honour your appointment time. I signed my sick son up for an appointment the next morning at 9:40 with another doctor, and by the time I was seen, it was three hours past my scheduled appointment. I waited three hours with my miserable child in a crowded and worn waiting room. I'm wondering why I bothered making an appointment at all, at that point? Note: the online system is void if your child has not been seen by a doctor there yet. There will be a long, long delay getting said patient into the system (see #1 and #2). I know this is Quebec so we have to work within the confines of the resources available. If you can find a good doctor at the clinic (which there are many, especially women doctors) and don't mind putting up with all of the frustrating baggage dealing with this clinic, then you will probably receive decent care at Tiny Tots. read more

Worst clinic ever! The desk staff is unorganized and ever changing. The doctors are unreliable. I was told i had to pay to get my childrens charts (40$ each) because their doctor didn't fill it out properly and it would take too much effort on their part to look in my file for what I needed. It's hard to get appointments and when you do they always cancel them. The doctor my kids had was fine but dumped all his patients without notice. read more
