The TDSB Central Transcript Office is located on the 3rd floor at 140 Borough Drive in Scarborough. TDSB is a co-tenant in this building complex called the Scarborough Civic Centre. The City of Toronto is the other co-tenant which is listed as 150 Borough Drive. TDSB staff provide great customer service. They however require you to complete a records request either in person or through an online request. Submitting valid ID is a prerequisite as well as advance payment for the student transcript document(s). Ontario Government regulations including the Education Act controls how personal student information is collected, used, and retained.
