She sent over all the paperwork to sign. However, there were glitches with using my phone. I later signed in person and it was easy and took just minutes. It's easy to drive onto their property and unload, or load right outside your storage locker. They can accommodate large and tall trucks. You must provide your own lock, they also sell them. I'm unsure how large they offer, but I got a 5x15. I would recommend. The only reason not a five is dealing with signing paperwork.

We've had a contract with Home Paramount for a mole problem in our yard. It has been a full year of…read moreservice, and all Home Paramount Pest control has done is move the moles around the yard. We've paid $1500 and seen little progress in removing the moles from our yard. The first tech who came at least appeared knowledgeable and tried his best to move out the moles, but after he left, we've had a string of different techs who don't appear to know what they are doing or care. We signed a 1-year contract and regretted that commitment to a service that feels like a scam, and we are happily cancelling it.

These folks are fantastic. Last summer I began having the yard sprayed for mosquitoes (surrounded…read moreby woods), and there was a decided lack of the nasty biters. Scott always notified me in advance because I have dogs (their safety) and was very thorough. A week ago, I found I had eco-stupidly allowed what I thought were Mason bees to build a nest in a wall. They were actually tiny, vicious yellow jackets, and swarmed me and a friend when I moved something to expose their nest. They had eaten the drywall and constructed within four weeks an architectural wonder. I panicked and sprayed, sprayed, sprayed, then called Paramount, who patiently waited while I calmed down and determined I'd killed them all. Then the inspector, RYAN RICE, came out early the next day, AT NO CHARGE, to ensure the queen and nest were dead. He poked around to pull out the entire square-foot-plus nest and assured me I could repair the wall. SO competent, polite, on time; and absolute delight. I will only use the Ruckersville Home Paramount folks forever (home is in Orange). Thank you.

Unfortunately, I never got the report because the company I used was purchased by a huge company and everything got lost in the transition. The new company couldn't help me, so I called another company to redo the inspection for me, but it was now only a week before closing so time was a critical issue. The new company said they would get back to me and never did. I called Fosters and Melanie immediately understood my situation, said she would call me back and did, and got the inspection and the report to me without any further nudging on my part! I am so impressed with her understanding, her follow up, and the young man who showed up to do the inspection. I highly recommend them if you want a business that is focused on you, the customer, and not just on themselves and getting bigger and bigger!
