If you're a business owner it is not your clients responsibility to make sure that you write down your schedule correctly and put the right information for each person. She got me confused with many people and I ended up having to sit there for a half hour before she was done because she didn't even know I was coming in. If I could give her 0 stars I would. My last experience was me going in for my fill and before it even happened, in-front of two other customers she said to me that I had scheduled two different appointments when that had never happened and made me feel very uncomfortable so I ended up leaving and never went back. Very very poor customer service. She honestly needs to learn better English so she can actually communicate with her clients.
