Got right to work after a quick walkthrough, and didn't stop until finished (we still provided some snacks & sodas--it's hard work). Estela responded quickly to texts and gave a firm quote. Her son stopped by to check on everything. I did not know there was an extra charge for the oven as ours was pretty nasty, but because I had mentioned it in my initial request, and she forgot to inform me then, her son was willing to include it anyway--so I thought it a fair compromise to give half the extra charge, and they were cool with it. The cleaning crew did an amazing job with the caked-on soap scum in the shower and another tub, dusted just about everything. Missed just a few minor spots but that was on me because they gave me the chance to walk around and point out anything that was missed.
