Rodney and Lori are a cut above most folks and they will take care of your needs, and stand by their work. I needed a new transmission and Rodney took a ride and figured out what I needed, and gave me a great price to replace my transmission parts. I drove it for a couple hundred miles and all was well when I brought it in for a checkup before heading across the country. Two-three months later there was an issue with some part of the new transmission and I lost power. I called Rodney and he stood by his work, but told me he would take care of it. He paid for a tow to a shop in California and the next day we had a brand new full transmission dropped in - at no charge to us at all!!!! We discussed drop off and when they could look at my Jeep. I dropped it off Sunday night with a Tuesday expectation of them looking at it. John called Monday saying that he drove it and the transmission shifted fine and they didn't see any codes??? So I went to pick it up, paid the service fee ($80) and drove it home. When I got home I hooked up my code reader and wouldn't you know the very same P700 code was there. The same code which had me being the jeep in. Oh and the Jeep still shifts hard from 1st to 2nd and the code is still there. So he did say if a code pops up to bring it back. Here's the thing, my code reader is a superchips reader for a Jeep.I would like to think a pro shop would have a better reader. Why would I bring it back??

I have nothing but good things to say about buff o matic. My transmission one day coming home from…read morework wouldn't shift so I was stuck on the road side. Some buddies of mine told me to call buff o matic, I called them up they came right out and towed my truck into their shop. The next day they called me back and told me my tranny was totally shot and needed a rebuild. I told them to go ahead rebuild it. They then found that I needed new u-joints, tie rods, and a stabilizer bar also. In about a week they had my truck back to me and it was ready for pick up. When I came and got it, it drove better then it had when I first bought it. I highly recommend buff o matic. They do good work and are all around nice people to do business with.
