While I understand that accidents can happen during grooming, it was concerning that this wasn't mentioned or documented so we could monitor the area or seek treatment for potential infection, if necessary. My elderly mother, who picked up the dog, didn't notice the abrasions right away. When I saw her the next day, I immediately noticed both sides were cut. Upon speaking in person with the manager, she insisted it was just "allergies" and offered no apology or refund. This was very disappointing, especially since my mother recently moved here from South Carolina, where she had a groomer she absolutely loved and trusted. I would avoid this place given their lack of transparency and accountability.

Even though the teeth brushing didn't work out (Luci wasn't having it!), I really appreciated that I wasn't charged for it. From the start, Amity was punctual, professional, and incredibly kind. She let me know her ETA and communicated throughout the entire appointment, which took just about an hour. She is soft-spoken, gentle, and patient.. exactly the kind of person you want caring for an anxious or sensitive pet. When Luci became stressed during the traditional wash, Amity made the compassionate decision to switch to a waterless bath to keep her calm and safe. She explained everything as she went, texted me updates, and even sent a photo of the huge amount of undercoat she removed during the deshedding. Luci came back feeling noticeably lighter and so incredibly soft. While $165 may feel pricey at first glance, the convenience and emotional safety for my cat is absolutely priceless. I can't imagine sending Luci to a big-name store where she'd be sitting in a cage or room for hours, surrounded by barking dogs and overwhelming noise. With Aussie Pet Mobile, the entire process was one-on-one, right outside my home, and Luci was serviced immediately with zero added stress. The entire staff was incredibly friendly and very accommodating, making the drop-off process easy and giving me peace of mind. They sent daily report cards with photos which made me feel comfortable with where my dogs were. They also did a truly great job grooming both of my dogs!
