The moment we walked through the front door, this guy named Carmelo was at the front desk looking obviously inconvenienced by us. Everything we said , he reacted with a disgusted look and had a nasty reaction. He got our names wrong when calling upstairs too, calling my friend Brent when he said Brian like 3 times prior. Granted we accidentally gave him the wrong apartment number as well, but I didn't feel bad about it based on his service. Seriously, This guy should get fired though. I think he's a maintenance guy from what he was wearing but geez, have some manners.

The attendant said a bit sheepishly, "Yeah I keep telling them to take that off the website." So my options to get to the airport were a cab/Uber/lyft for another $20 (each way) or a long walk through a shady neighborhood to the air train.

Even the inside of your garage is not great. Also, note that there are no shuttle services available from the parking company, and I didn't expect it either. I took an Uber from the airport. It cost me between twenty to twenty-five dollars. If you're traveling with family to the garage, I would not recommend this place at all. You need to account for 25 minutes for one way to reach this place, because traffic could get worse. Also, you can use the sky rail service from the airport, but you have to walk to the garage.

I was never contacted by the owner, Jose--I only found out the next day when I picked up my car and the valet casually mentioned the damage. Without my knowledge or approval, Jose ordered a tail light but refused to take responsibility for the bumper repair. I had my car professionally inspected for the damages and both the tail light and bumper needed replacement due to the accident at this garage. The dealership contacted Jose to inform him about the repairs and he refused to pay for the damages. Jose was extremely unprofessional and unwilling to take accountability. My overall experience was good neither my car was damaged and they provided shuttle service on time. Here is my tip / approach I took. I send text to the parking lot person 24 hrs before arrival with picture of the car / plate numbers. And I again texted them when I landed. In fact, I didn't want to use it in the first place but my travel companion insisted that we put our car somewhere safe - because she didn't trust the streets of Flushing and all the tow trucks that were hovering around. I assured her it was fine but eventually gave in and used this awful deck. So there were actually no spaces inside (a common problem). Once we finally got one (after about 25 mins of waiting), I found a guy getting ready to write me a ticket while I was paying. Don't worry. He will think twice about such behaviour in future. There is no sense of customer service and the pricing is double what it was the first time I used it. At least it exists, hence it doesn't get 1 star.

There was a long line of cars on their way out but every car was stuck so long, what's the hold up for a automated machine, perhaps an issue with the machine itself? The ticket guy came out to help once, I saw another girl get out the car to ask the ticket guy for help as well. I'm alone in my car and am not gonna get out with cars behind me, I honked to get his attention and he motions to me to come to him signing he can't hear me. I say no, you come here motioning to the ticket machine. That's when he decides to use his one side operated intercom to tell me to try the ticket another way (which I did try before). This guy wanted to play dumb and have me leave the car when he could've used the intercom to begin with? You don't need a person to do credit card transactions, please just install a machine to do so instead; maybe they don't trust their employees with cash I can see why. Why not even just tape a ticket on the machine to show which way it goes in as the watermark is not clear and clearly it confuses most everyone. If this employee doesn't want to bother with customers and wasn't so lazy/rude maybe he'd of thought of that so he can just scan cards all day. Rant over. Also, yesterday the ticket agent and I get into yesterday when my parking tag wasn't working as I tried to exit. She proceeds to tell me that she knows I paid my monthly bill but the computer doesn't show me coming in the lot.
