Enough to say that she has completely ruined my image of this place. I will not be going back even though I enjoyed my doctor. She can't answer a question for the life of her she just repeats you should of asked the doctor. Common a receptionist should at least have some understanding of what the doctor does that she works for. She told me that I had messed up my appointment time even though I had a voice mail confirming otherwise and never apologized. Made it out to be my fault the whole time. Then showing her annoyance said said he could get me in (lovely). The breaking point was the last visit when I went to pay for my almost 200 dollar contacts. I explained that I was financially unable to pay for the whole bill in one go and she simply said "well then come back when you have the funds". EXCUSE me .. in my line of business we would never say that to one of our members. We would work out a plan and take down a credit card number or pre-authorized cheques - this was such a joke. It's safe to say I will not be back. I will purchase elsewhere. I've experienced many people like this lady but never in the health care system. What a depressing situation.

This is a review for London, Canada: Had constant problems with these junk plastic lens glasses...2…read morepairs now. They have to be cleaned several times a day as everything sticks to them. On my first pair, they claimed i was wearing them too close to my face, so they adjusted them out. No improvement. They next claimed I was using wrong cleaner and must have damaged the coating. Since i wasn't always using their cleaner, I took their word for it. When i scratched the lens, i went in for an auto tinting lens relacement, being careful to only use their cleaner. They were just as bad for cleaning and the tint malfunctions all the time. It stays dark when i enter my house from bright outdoors. i have to be inside for many minutes before they go bright again. When I complain, I get this "our lenses are best in class" nonsense. When I was waiting to get my new lenses i reverted back to an old pair of real glass lenses and had no cleaning issues at all. Never going back to this place again.Their product is junk. Nice people though.

My call to Upper Richmond Optometry revealed a professionalism and friendliness I was looking for. Information received during the phone call plus info on their website convinced me to take a risk and make an appointment. I'm so glad I did! They are great! The exam was thorough and informative. It was obvious the team is interested not only in corrective eye care, but preventative management. Subsequent contact has convinced me I made the right choice for visual care.
