Dr Shuit takes good care of me. He keeps current with the new stuff, but keeps it simple.

An elderly lady, who has dementia, went to see Dr. Roma Pushka at Einstein's Optical, Sherwood…read moreForest Mall, for an eye assessment and glasses. Unfortunately, our experience was very disappointing. Throughout the appointment, Dr. Pushka was rude, curt, impatient, and lacked the compassion and professionalism that I would expect when caring for an elderly patient with cognitive impairment. Patients with dementia often need extra patience, reassurance, and clear communication, and we did not feel that this was provided. When my wife and I entered the room to help interpret and support my mother-in-law, Dr. Pushka appeared upset and commented that having more people in the room would create too much body heat which makes her uncomfotable. We found this remark inappropriate and insensitive, particularly given that we were there solely to help an elderly family member understand the assessment. Every healthcare professional can have a busy day, but kindness, patience, and respect are especially important when caring for vulnerable patients. Unfortunately, this visit fell well short of those expectations.

This is a review for London, Canada: Had constant problems with these junk plastic lens glasses...2…read morepairs now. They have to be cleaned several times a day as everything sticks to them. On my first pair, they claimed i was wearing them too close to my face, so they adjusted them out. No improvement. They next claimed I was using wrong cleaner and must have damaged the coating. Since i wasn't always using their cleaner, I took their word for it. When i scratched the lens, i went in for an auto tinting lens relacement, being careful to only use their cleaner. They were just as bad for cleaning and the tint malfunctions all the time. It stays dark when i enter my house from bright outdoors. i have to be inside for many minutes before they go bright again. When I complain, I get this "our lenses are best in class" nonsense. When I was waiting to get my new lenses i reverted back to an old pair of real glass lenses and had no cleaning issues at all. Never going back to this place again.Their product is junk. Nice people though.

Some of my go-to's include: -Rotisserie chicken -Lasagne -Seaweed snacks -Bananas -Sausages -Tiramisu cakes -Baby spinach -Oh, and notebooks Costco pharmacy is arguably the most affordable pharmacy around. The technicians are very busy but they're nice and will pick up the phone even during the busiest hours. The food court is my favourite, but I think it's closed during the pandemic. If you haven't had one of their iconic $1.50 hot dogs yet, definitely give it a try. Their ice cream cones are amazing too. The parking lot is huge but always busy. Washrooms are clean. Staff are nice. Just a warning that this place gets SUPER busy at times, even during the pandemic. Always expect to be near others and long check-out lines are the norm. Happy shopping!

Extremely disgusted and disappointed with the establishments employees. Myself and my Grandma both…read moresuffer from anxiety and need our service dogs with us at all times. Firstly, I walk in with my service animal and I am bombarded with 3 woman about my dog, I explain that my dog is a service dog, she does not wear a vest and I do not carry my paperwork for proof of service animal. As described within the Law, workers must never ask to see proof of disability, such as mental health in our case, nor ask for proof of documentation. Furthermore, my grandmother was unable to carry her service animal, per sore shoulder, so her husband was following about 2 minutes behind. Her husband explained that the dog was a service animal and they then began to argue with him. They were extremely rude and unkind during the altercation and all he was trying to do, was get the service dog to my grandma so that her anxiety was able to stay under control. Her husband was then escorted out of the establishment and then was threatened that they would call the police. We we're very lucky that my grandma did not have an anxiety attack.
