With the recent planning for our mothers funeral service and speaking with the director I was dumbfounded at the lack of professionalism and down right rudeness. First after explaining it was for my mother he was trying to sell me pre-planning insurance. I had ask to speak with the manager he informed me they were no longer connected to Corley's as they were purchased four years ago. He then went on about how he has been "selling" funeral service his entire life and knows what he is doing. Totally unreal and using another funeral home. If I could give a minus star I would.
