Turns out they were using outdated GIS information that didn't rely on actual GPS to set the coordinates. We finally won our lawsuit. The town ended up giving us a variance so that we wouldn't have to tear our pole barn down. That's the whole reason we have the survey in the first place. Cost tons of money. But now we're going to go after Apex because they were found liable.

I was told the other half would be completed on either Friday or Monday. The owner is rude and gruff. The receptionist should be the Office Manager! She should have the crews schedule done 2 weeks in advance, and their company operating system needs to updated YESTERDAY! I am not impressed with how long it took to survey our lines, but really like the lady behind the desk. She deserves more respect from the crew, a LARGE RAISE, and acknowledgement for how much she does. Sadly, I will not recommend anyone to this company. Waiting almost 9 weeks for a 2 acre partial is to long, and the rudeness of the owner speaks clearly of his commitment to providing excellent customer service.

She set a very unrealistic price, emails with an offer!? What? I've never had a realtor email with an offer. Pulled comps that were 2 years old. She wanted a sale more than the buyers and myself. Set the price high hoping to get a nice commission but ended up screwing everyone out of a deal. She was unhappy that the buyers asked that I didn't show the house after I accepted an offer. I could go on and on, but do yourself a favor and find a realtor that knows at least the basics and has their client in their best interest. Not a greedy sales person. Luckily things worked out but not without having to tell Krystal how to do her job.
