Turns out they were using outdated GIS information that didn't rely on actual GPS to set the coordinates. We finally won our lawsuit. The town ended up giving us a variance so that we wouldn't have to tear our pole barn down. That's the whole reason we have the survey in the first place. Cost tons of money. Set the price high hoping to get a nice commission but ended up screwing everyone out of a deal. She was unhappy that the buyers asked that I didn't show the house after I accepted an offer. I could go on and on, but do yourself a favor and find a realtor that knows at least the basics and has their client in their best interest. Not a greedy sales person. Luckily things worked out but not without having to tell Krystal how to do her job.
