Stopped and spoke to someone about a couple of unique gold coins I had where each face was written in a different language that did not use the Roman/ Latin letters. They gave me their business card and asked me to email them a photo. It did take me a little while to email it over, but finally did and then crickets. Months later I went back and spoke to someone else and brought one of the coins with me. They photographed it and said that I should hear back soon and when I asked a couple of weeks and they said should be sooner, but that the experts were working on a big auction the next week so it may take a little longer. They took my info and said I would get back to me. I said I would stop back in a month. Went back around 6 weeks later and the person recognized me and said they hadn't heard back. I asked them to follow up and they said they would. Never heard back so I stopped in again. They said they would get back to me. Before going to them, I tried to use google translate I tried using google translate to figure out what it was and tried a few times after. After my last visit, I tried to use google translate, but accidentally used image search and found out exactly what it was, the history, the value and the scarcity...
