On the phone, I was told the appointment would take 45 minutes, it ended up being an hour and a half. But then when the lady came out to tell me that it was done. First of all, I didn't ask for that and second of all I repeatedly told her that it's not my truck and that he already knows about the issues. She kept pressuring me about the work on the truck no matter how many times I told her I was not interested. Felt like she was trying to bully me into paying them to do more work that I didn't want.
