We were told that they only warranty their work for 1 year..... she said that she doesn't know what we did to the sink, we could have stood in it, had a leak.,.,.blah, blah, blah. She would send somebody out for $300 but it would be three or four weeks before she could do that. WHAT??? Awesome customer service guys!! we won't be back and I suggest anybody else use them cautiously.!! Apparently they only warranty their work for 1 year and if anything goes wrong, it's the customers fault! I'm sure under mount sinks are supposed to hang on longer than three years!!

As a business owner myself I find it very unprofessional not even to respond back to a potential customer even if it's something that is outside your so called brick and stone expertise. The job was just adding brick and stone to the front of our home in the town they stated they performed work in. I am just glad we didn't end up wasting any further time or money with them.

Deck restoration. Cleaning Process did not remove all of old stain from our small front Cedar…read moredeck/porch. So when they applied the stain we had a leopard looking flooring! There needs to be more supervision and teaching for the young men they send out to do the job. Didn't get what we paid for. Very disappointing! I'm in my late 70's and had to get out and try to put another coat of stain on, to try to improve their mess. The top of the rail had been initially painted. This had been pointed out at the very beginning & again to the young gentlemen doing the staining. They were to prepare the rail & paint with a color similar to the present color. However stain was put on the rail instead of paint, and of course stain isn't going to cover pealing of old paint or fix bubbles in the old paint. There was no checking up or follow up after job was done. the cost was way to high for the job we received and for the size of our Deck/Porch. They didn't even have to stain spokes in the railing because they are metal & in good condition. We regret we didn't contact the office and complain!
