I tore out the existing floor to save myself a little money. Joe layed the heated floor for me with a ceramic tile floor over that. Once he started the job, he stuck with it because as I pointed out to him, that was my only bathroom, and the facilities are a necessity. He also installed an outside plug for me. The one thing I would have preferred is that I would have liked to have been home while all the work was being done, I did not like having to communicate over the phone. But work schedules did not permit. He was, however, very good about letting me know when he was coming and going so I could plan accordingly. And by the way, my bathroom floor looks very nice.

My Husband and his Brother did the installation themselves bc KBL's guy was having surgery and doing it ourselves saved a lot on labor. Kevin at KBL was fantastic from start to finish. Excellent salesman and willing to talk and educate you on whatever you need in regards to your home build. He also promised to take back whatever parts we didn't need after the installation....and he did. We are now having some warranty work and we feel confident it will all go fine. Garcia Construction just finished my replacement roof. They are a locally owned company where you…read moredeal with the owner directly. He personally does the work with his assistant and does not use large crews. His attention to detail is second to none. He will renail every board prior to installing the roof. He replaced boards as necessary. The job site was cleaned every night and he personally scoured our lawn and driveway for debris and nails everyday. I would absolutely recommend using Garcia Construction over a big roofing outlet because you get much better service, attention to detail, and the owner is on site everyday. Since he uses small crews, his overhead is smaller, saving us $4,000 over other local roofing contractors. And we got a far superior finished product, especially since he was replacing our roof that was installed 14 years ago by a shoddy company. I can't recommend him enough for his outstanding workmanship.
