Finding ways to get me the best coverage and pricing for my needs (and I shopped around and found, even getting quotes directly from other insurers, Christy at the Wurzel Agency found me the better rates). Helping me through the natural kinks and speed bumps that came up during the home buying process, again, never making me feel like a pain or a waste of their time. I haven't ever filed a claim through them, but I expect that if I ever have to, I will receive the same warm and thorough service that I have up to now. Thanks, Wurzel Agency! As a result, I began searching for other agents both online and by referrals, and after looking at reviews and contacting several potential agents, Robert stood out from the pack. So now I've had the opportunity to work with Robert of Wurzel for a few months, I am happy to report he has been helping me insure a recently purchased home, my previous house (now an investment property), and is currently helping me with auto and umbrella policy quotes. Rob has been proving over and over again to be someone trustworthy and highly efficient and effective, and with a great customer-centric mindset. What I like: - Professionalism - Robert is always professional and cordial - Reliability - Robert always keeps his commitments - Detail-oriented - Robert meets my high standard of being very detail-oriented - Patient - because I am very detail-oriented, I always ask many questions and go deep into insurance quote details (a LOT more than the usual customer)... and Robert always patiently responds to all my questions, concerns and requests What I REALLY like: - Technology: Wurzel makes very good use of technology: online appointments, e-signatures, etc etc... in fact, I never met Robert in person or went to his office (yet)... this is especially important now during COVID days So, in summary, I highly recommend Robert and Wurzel for any of your insurance needs.
