Only after persistent follow-up was I informed my surgery would not take place until January 2026 -- later moved to February 2026 -- more than six months after my consultation. Crossing into a new insurance benefit year had major financial implications that I was not made aware of upfront. Most troubling, I was told staff were aware of the projected timeline earlier but were not permitted to disclose it. That information is critical for patients making serious medical and financial decisions. I am not commenting on Dr. Patel's surgical skill. My concern is transparency, communication, and patient advocacy. If you are considering this practice, ask direct questions about actual surgical scheduling timelines before completing prerequisites. Patients deserve full disclosure -- especially when dealing with cancer.

On my initial…read morevisit to Dr Lotenfoe he knew right away what he suspected my problem was but to be safe had me take a CT scan, Blood Work, Urine examination and a 24 hour urine specimen. He also prescribed me a prescription which would help me in the short term before my follow up visit. He told me what my options would be (medicine, surgical, etc) but made me relaxed with knowing we were going to do these tests first rather than jump into expensive surgical corrections. Yesterday I had the follow up appointment and Dr Lotenfoe carefully and professionally explained to me the results of my tests, and told me I only had a bladder issue which could be resolved simply with a 30 day prescription. I am happy to say in just two days my problem was cured. For two years I suffered urinating but in just two visits to Dr Lotenfoe I am now cured. Amazing. Using a friendly, experienced Doctor was the answer to my problem and I would highly recommend Dr Lotenfoe for any urology issue. He is friendly, direct, and extremely knowledgable. His staff are also very friendly and professional. Perfect!

My husband recently had some concerns due to abnormal test results. This morning, he had a follow-up appointment to discuss them. Unfortunately, his experience was terrible. The doctor was extremely rude and uncaring. He didn't listen, didn't even mention the abnormal test results and when we asked questions, he became upset. It seemed like he just wanted to write a prescription and get out of the room I believe that professionals like this should not be in practice. I want to make others aware and advise caution before I proceed with filing a formal complaint.

Joyce is cold, rude, and dismissive, and appears completely uninterested in helping patients. Her communication is abrasive and unhelpful, and she seems incapable of performing even basic customer care responsibilities. Until this office addresses its staff behavior and accountability, I would strongly caution anyone considering care here.
