My experience has been absolutely wonderful and if you are looking for an integrative pediatrician, I truly believe you will not find anything better than this practice. Staff - I adore all of the staff at CIPC. Dr.C was incredibly intelligent and kind. Debi and Gail, the NPs are super sweet and take time to explain everything. Mel, Wendy, and the other nurses are a wealth of knowledge and remember patients on a first name basis! Ear infections - I want to highlight this because its so significant to me. CIPC rarely ever prescribes antibiotics for ear infections. You know why? Because most ear infections can be solved by a quick chiropractic adjustment to drain the tubes. When my oldest son, 4 months at the time, presented with redness and fluid in his ears, our previous pediatrician gave him a dose of antibiotics. When that didn't solve it, they wanted to give him ANOTHER dose. Nope, moved over to CIPC and after one look, then sent us to an integrative chiropractor. Within a week, he was perfectly healed! We now go proactively once a month to get both of my kids ears adjusted and neither of them have ever had an ear infection! We started full time as patients after that. Service - the service in my opinion is the best of the best. Every appt is 30-60 minutes long! Most ped offices give you 10-15 minutes tops, so this is unique. They take time to hear your concerns, address them, and solve medical problems by getting to the root cause of the issue instead of just writing a prescription to mask symptoms of underlying disease. They are always available - my youngest son (6 months) is currently sick and I've called nearly every day to speak to a nurse. They always take my call, spend time on the phone with me to hear my concerns, and help me out with either an appt or OTC recommendations. This practice is more boutique-style, so there is a $100/month charge for your children to be a patient there. But to me, it's 10000% worth every penny. Vaccines - this may or may not be important to you, but I love that they start their *optional* vaccine schedule at 6 months instead of 2 months. This gives time for the gut micro biome to become more established before starting vaccines and the detox process. Additionally, they prefer to vaccination when your child is healthy. When my oldest was 9 months old, he was due for a vaccine, but when I brought him in, he had a mild temperature and a little cold. It was advised we wait until he is 100% healthy before giving him the vaccine - amazing. All other ped offices would have given it to him anyways, potentially making him feel worse. We came back 3 weeks later when he was healthy and it was a quick in and out 10 min appt for the shot. I LOVE CIPC. I started at another very popular ped office but was discouraged when they kept prescribing my son antibiotics and medicines for seemingly minor issues. My two boys (toddler and 6m old) have never had to be on any antibiotics or prescription meds since joining CIPC. Every ailment has been solved with a natural, integrative approach and for that, I'm eternally grateful.

Our appointment was at 2:45 and we were in a room way before the appointment time. My kids love the sports themed rooms which they also provide books and other fun games to keep them entertained. Overall we've had a great experience and definitely recommend this facility.

The women are the front desk are welcoming and kind. The doctors who meet with my kids are gentle and friendly. I can tell my kids are always comfortable. The wait for my kids are typically short. I've never experienced waiting more than 10 mins, even when all three kids are being seen at once. Lastly, the front desk is accommodating when needing those last minute paperwork's for daycare, physical forms, sports forms. I know that they receive a lot of requests but they are always willing to work with you to try and expedite the wait if they can. I have no complaints!

I scheduled an appointment after being instructed by a treatment facility that a primary care referral was needed to begin the process for residential placement. When I made the appointment, I clearly explained the purpose, and this was confirmed by front desk staff as being documented in my file. At the time of the visit, my child was in an active mental health crisis, and I communicated the urgency multiple times. However, upon arrival, I was met with resistance and a lack of urgency from the office manager/registrar. I was told that I had not properly informed the office of the reason for the visit--despite staff confirming that I had. I was also told that because I initially contacted a different office location, I was considered "non-compliant," even though the appointment was correctly scheduled and documented at this location. During the visit: * I repeatedly stated this was an emergency * The referring facility was on the phone requesting direct communication * Multiple attempts were made to connect them with staff * Despite this, there were delays and a continued focus on administrative "notice" issues rather than patient care I was also informed that the staff member responsible would be leaving at a specific time, which made the situation even more time-sensitive. Despite that, no urgency was demonstrated. This resulted in: * Delays in initiating necessary care during a psychiatric crisis * Dismissive and unprofessional communication * Unnecessary barriers to urgent care In a situation involving a child in crisis, patient safety and timely care should come first. Unfortunately, that was not my experience here. I hope the office reviews its procedures and staff training for handling urgent mental health situations so that other families do not face similar obstacles when seeking critical care.

My only complaint is that the first visit for both my kids when we started here was with nurse practitioners (different ones each time) and when one of my kids got sick shortly after we started coming here, they saw yet another nurse practitioner. I had to specifically request and insist that we be schedule with an MD but when we were the one we got met all my expectations. Tip: Request to see a MD if that is important to you and remember the MDs name if you want the same one the next time. They will accommodate if you ask.

Didnt even see mistake when I questioned it. Express Care PA Robert Walther (hope I have spelling correct) was truly amazing. He examined me heart, ear, nose and throat thoroughly. Requested xray done on premises. He called me following day with doctors diagnosis after reviewing my xray with Acute Bronchitis and they ruled out Pneumonia. The cough medicated Robert prescribed was fantastic controlling my constant cough and I was finally able to sleep. Waiting time was minimal as I was seen within 10 minutes. I HIGHLY RECOMMED THIS FACILITY OVER ALL OTHERS. Negative reviews are from years ago, they must have different staff. Thank you to staff for the wonderful service.
