I decided to use this business for a change, as their rates were lower for an after-hours weekend call ($600-$800). However, the plumber didn't have the right drain snake with them, so they came back the next day with the proper tooling. They charged me over $1,700 for two days of work! The manager is also refusing to reduce the amount below $1,100. This is a dishonest business. I would not recommend calling this number or working with them.

I called four local firms that advertise 24 hour emergency service - from voice mail to after hours answering service. 3 out of 4 did not reply - unfortunately typical up here. In contrast - Meadow Mountain. Phone answered by a service right away. Call back by technician prompt. On site last night. These boys ain't cheap. That said it is worth it to get the company who shows up and gets the work done right.

My relative (a plumber) from another state came a year after the work was done; he saw JG's work and went out of his way to comment about how impressive the technique and quality materials were. I would recommend JG to anyone who wants the work to be done right the FIRST time (wish I had done that). This is the way businesses should be run.

Unfortunately, as he requested, I paid for it mostly upfront (my bad). Learning lesson. From the beginning we had issues with the painting details of the project. Mediocre job with nails left in wall, damaged portions of the wall were just painted right over instead of corrected, window sills left without paint and underneath windows there were spots not even painted at all. The work seemed robotic and rushed. There was very little communication which lead to problems because things had to be corrected after the fact and Brian's attitude was difficult to work with. He was surprised when I was upset because he left my door unlocked for two days in an apartment building with residents and short term rental guests who walk by constantly. Pride of work, attention to detail, and care and concern for the customer was barely existent. He even had me venmo his girlfriend for payment, Karen Nelson which I thought was unprofessional. He had asked me if I wanted references, but I did not take them. I wish I would have asked more questions before I hired Brian and High Roller Painting. This could be a scam because as I said, only partially finished the job and now he is unreachable. Very disappointed and I would definitely steer clear away from this company.
