If I were scoring the experience from 0-100, it would look like this: Responsiveness: 100 Preparation and flow guidance: 100 Attentiveness during the event: 100 Execution: 100 After calling several rental companies looking for comprehensive support, Ponciano was the only one who provided both the event rentals and the type of support I was looking for. He conducted a site visit, and we walked through timing, layout, toast sequence, meal flow, and dessert timing in advance. Because of that preparation, setup was efficient and seamless. I value precision in planning. We discussed serving dish sizes, buffet layout, and table placement so the event would function smoothly. Ponciano engaged fully at that level. During the reception, when a guest accidentally broke glassware, it was handled without disruption. Ponciano and Erica remained attentive throughout and took care of what needed attention. As the sun shifted during the afternoon, one couple began getting too much direct sun. Without making it a production, Ponciano adjusted the setup in the moment so they were comfortable for the rest of the event. That was typical of his approach -- present, observant, and effective without drawing attention to himself. There was no sense of clock-watching or rigid boundaries around what was "included." The event simply unfolded as it should. All bases were covered. We would gladly use The Casas Party Rental again and highly recommend them.
