I do enjoy having a seat that can recline (these can!) and also having chosen seats so we know where we are sitting when we get to the theater. I like that. The previews were a good volume. So many places - the previews are so darn loud! Having said that, the booms from the theater next door were a bit loud. We heard them during our movie. So that was a little distracting. Ads on the big screen started at about 1:00 which I expected. 37 minutes later the last ad played prior to our film. I heard numerous patrons complaining about the number of ads and previews. If you want to see a movie here, use the bathroom at home and show up 20 minutes late and I think you will have a better experience.

This theater is good for any surrounding cities that don't want to drive too far to watch the latest movies. I recommend it.

Yes, there is only one screen, however, for me it just adds to the charm! I wish there were more independent movie theaters in small towns. This one is located next to an Italian restaurant and burrito shop and is walking distance to a couple of thrift stores, if you want to make it a browsing kind of afternoon. And what I'm loving about Kansas, there's free parking right out front!
