We did not learn about this place until this past summer (2022). This is truly a hidden gem. The food is very tasty and is your typical breakfast item while having some additional tasty dishes. The prices are very fair. I love their potatoes which is a plus since breakfast potatoes are the highlight of most breakfast meals. The owners are very friendly. This place is owned by a family and is family-run. The only downside of this place is that they are small. I wish it were bigger just because I love their food so much and don't want to wait for a table, but it typically is not crowded since it is a hidden gem. I have no complaints, and the view is amazing. This is a great breakfast spot, and I believe everyone should go here and try their food! Plus, you would be supporting a small business!

Worn down - must have been a prior venue but not bad. Pancakes were delish. Omelette was tasty and waffle wasn't the ick and fluffy but tasty. Wouldn't go out of my way to return but would Totally try when in area.

This was, without a doubt, the most extraordinary dining experience of my entire life. From start…read moreto finish, every moment was a masterpiece. We have been loyal Cape May devotees for twenty years, but our spontaneous venture into Wildwood Crest turned out to be a gastronomic revelation. On our final day before heading back to the beloved Cape, we stumbled upon this gem of a diner. From the instant we walked through the door, we were treated like royalty. A warm, enthusiastic greeting ushered us into a charming, spotless booth. The atmosphere radiated with nostalgic American charm. Our waitress, the epitome of friendliness, promptly took our drink orders, setting the tone for an unforgettable culinary journey. My husband selected the macadamia nut French toast, while I opted for the Greek-style Hangover. Both dishes transcended mere breakfast fare and entered the realm of the sublime. My plate, an exquisite blend of savory chipped beef, creamy feta, roasted tomatoes, and perfectly cooked eggs, was nothing short of heavenly. Each bite was a symphony of flavors and textures, an experience so divine it could have earned a Michelin star. I am still in awe, with the taste lingering as a cherished memory. And then there was the macadamia nut French toast. Imagine the softest, fluffiest slices of French toast, bathed in golden syrup and crowned with delicate macadamia nuts and brown sugar. Each bite was an ethereal, out-of-body experience, combining extraordinary flavors with an unparalleled texture that defies description. But the excellence did not stop there. The prices were astonishingly reasonable, and the service was beyond impeccable. The delightful owner personally visited our table to ensure our satisfaction, and even the cook seemed to take a moment to check on us. This level of dedication and personal touch elevated our dining experience to an unprecedented level. In summary, the service was flawless, the food was transcendent, and the ambiance was the epitome of classic American diner perfection. Even the coffee was exceptional--hot, smooth, and refilled at just the right moments. This diner is not just a recommendation; it is a must-visit, a culinary pilgrimage. It earns an A+++ in every conceivable category. The kids would say this place "ATE," and I wholeheartedly agree. This diner provided a dining experience that will be cherished for a lifetime. If you ever find yourself within a hundred miles, make the trip. You will not be disappointed. Highly, highly, highly recommend! ,

They have outdoor seating which was nice, but I didn't get to see much of the inside - seemed like a neat diner though. Conveniently located on the way into Wildwood and out - perfect for arrival or leaving. Service was very quick and staff was friendly. I had one of their featured specials on the menu - the Marvis Heaven - which came out as a skillet filled with home fries, bacon, ham, cheese, and I was able to get poached eggs on it with hollandaise sauce. It was flavorful and massive - couldn't eat it all.

The skillets are huge ~ big enough to share…read more I wasn't feeling breakfast, so I ordered the Marvis Wrap ($16), which is their gyro in a wrap (they also have a gyro which comes with fries IN the wrap and adds onions). The wrap comes with chips or fries and a pickle. I requested chips and it was served with a small bag of Lay's potato chips... Had I known it was just a bag of chips, I would've ordered the fries as my side instead (we came the weekend they were shutting down for the season, so I'm not sure if a bag of chips is the norm or if they were running out of stock). The wrap was tasty and very filling. It's stuffed with gyro meat (also comes with lettuce, tomatoes, and tzatziki). The gyro meat was tender and salty (as it should be). They seared the wrap shut, so it had a little extra crunchy texture. One half was plenty - I knew Marvis had big portions but didn't think it would apply to the wraps too! We also ordered the chipped beef which is one of their best sellers. I tried it and it was delicious! The home fries were more in the style of hash, which is my favorite. The potatoes were thin and crispy and had great flavor. I would come back and get these. Needless to say, we all had leftovers for the next day. Service was great. I was really impressed with service in Wildwood across the board. It's a great community here. You pay at the front, and they have a military discount. Prices are reasonable and as posted on their sign outside, that's a whole lotta food! As of October 13, 2026, they are now closed for the season, but they will reopen in spring 2027 around Easter.

Welcome to mini-golf course #26!…read more Duffer's is now my favorite mini-golf course in the Wildwoods, and it's not because I scored a hole-in-one. Even with summer winding down, the course is in fantastic shape. It's a fun course with holes that seem to chat to you, others playing music, and one even has a volcano eruption! There's so much to see and do for kids of all ages. They don't have stairs to climb, but some holes have hidden slopes that are worth keeping an eye out for. My wife thinks there isn't much shade on the course, so people will buy ice cream, but I don't think Duffer's has that problem.

We came here around 11:30am on a Sunday. The arcade was little busy. Their price for chips was really good, I bought 120 chips for only $30. Most of the arcade games required 6-10 chips. 120 chips lasted about 15 minutes for us playing different games non stop. The arcade had good variety of games. The prize counter also had lots of prizes to redeem the winning tickets. Prizes ranged from 50 to 10,000 tickets. For our stash of only 400 tickets, the kids in our group were able to get multiple items. After the arcade we went to the ice cream store. The store looked really nice. It was only for to go, but some benches were available outside. They had about 34 different flavors and whole of different toppings. For base, cones, waffles and cups were available. We ordered two different ice creams flavors in waffle cones. The staff members assembled them right away and handed to us. They put so much ice cream and it was so hot, the ice cream started to melt and drip. So they gave us cups to hold them upside down. The ice creams had really tasty flavors. They were creamy with no icy parts. They were also very pricey, each costing around $10. But overall we all had a fun time here between the arcade and ice creams.

Always made sure our coffee and water stayed filled. I ordered the banana french toast. Each layer was stacked to the brim with soft but not super mushy bananas and the most delicious brown sugar, caramel. Although it did not come with a side it was quite filling (though if you have a larger appetite I'd order one). George's special was exactly as described. The hashbrowns stole the show. They have a solid menu with a variety of breakfast dishes including different omelets. I usually get the Jackie O with spinach, tomatoes, and feta although this time I got the Jive Turkey with turkey sausage and dill havarti. It was a little on the dry side. However, they do give you an option of cherry tomatoes in place of potatoes on the side. I also love the choice of bread including sour dough. My husband's banana French toast tasted delicious with the cinnamon and bananas. Be advised, they only have whole milk, so if you like almond or oat milk with your coffee, you're out of luck. Also, there was no stevia. Please note they are cash only too.
