Theirs is the level of service, ability and integrity that many small businesses promise, but few seem to actually acheive. I called after 6pm on a weekday and requested AC service and the President of the company, Abdul, called me back within 3 minutes to schedule an appointment for the next morning. He showed up on time both visits (which is critical since i was taking time off from work to be there); the repair took exactly as long as he suggested it would. When he was done, everything was working smoothly. The real critical piece is that he identified where the system was broken and didn't try to invent imaginary issues; he worked methodically through what was wrong and solved the problem. Afterwards he showed me the pieces that were broken and explained everything in detail. I am really glad I found this company; I will definitely turn to them next time I have any issues.

    We had someone from Environmental Systems Engineering out to our condo for a repair on our HVAC…read moreunit during a heat wave. He came out to do the consultation and it was determined the work was not going to be an easy repair. We paid $105 for the consult fee and $40 for a travel charge. We had set up tentative plans for the repairman to return the following week to start the work. He told me to call him on Tues to set up an appt for Thurs. We called both numbers provided and left several VMs and even emailed the company with no response. If they felt like they couldn't/didn't want to do the work, they could have told us! Bad customer service all around! Would not recommend.
