It was like a rotation of technicians. I had 4 different people do my nails. Each one was only there for a matter of minutes and then they'd go to another client. I had one nail with acrylic and then they were gone for 5 minutes. It took 1 hour 25 minutes. Usually at other places less than an hour. It was very frustrating. They didn't say 'no' to anyone so it just kept getting busier with 4 staff .
Each staff carried their own little pot of drill bits that they used from client to client with no cleaning. RIDDLE: if there are 4 staff and 5 clients, how many peoples germs do you now have? ANSWER: you don't know because there was a bunch of clients before you got there who's germs you also have.
There was this one staff-person there who seemed to have to do everything.; phones, greet doorn, nails, feet, running around. They were run off their own feet! I felt for them.
Today was it. I am now done with these bulk client, push-us-through-like-cattle nail Salons.
My nails are average. Bumpy and there was a LOT of acrylic left under my nails. She kept gouging it out with a nail tip. Ouch. and she still left a lot behind.
