She has even taken care of Bentley when he had a cone on his head while recovering from surgery on his paw. The staff emediately came to help secure my dog and get me comfortable till my help could get there. While i was laying unable to move they brought a fan and water and repeatly asked if i wanted an ambulance which i did not. They gave my huge dog a full bath nail trim and ear cleaning. When i tried to pay they said it was on the house! In life there are some really great people and i was so lucky to have met them today! But after calling for a nail trim (last time done by a groomer there), we were charged $39.80! This is a small town in WI with a not very wealthy population. I called another vet and was told they'd charge $15. I'm done with this place. I just had our pets records switched to our new vet. If you want to overpay, give them a try. But personally--I'd rather pay a fair fee and donate the rest to a rescue or the humane society!

My husband & I were worried about our last 2 rescue dogs since they weren't fond of baths. After letting them acclimate to us and a new home we went to Ellen for grooming. Both Max & Stella we counted minutes after 1st drop off when we thought we'd get a call to come & pick the dog right back up. Did not happen for either Max or Stella. They absolutley LOVE Ellen.
