McDonald's is on the opposite corner but same side of the road and Fareway is in the strip mall just behind the bank. Each time we walk in to this bank everyone has a smile and is quick to offer help. Josh helped my fiance open up a new account and he followed up with me by phone after reviewing my accounts and seeing some changes that could help me save more money. This location has a family friendly atmosphere and is a good choice if you live in the area.

I have been banking with Wells Fargo for 10 years and yesterday I received my first check from a…read morenew employer. The first check was required to be paper and they placed a hold on my check for SIX DAYS. I was depositing this check on the 1st of the month when all my bills were due and I was barely making the cut to survive. When I asked why or what I could do the lady at the desk only told me "service generated". I asked if there would have been a way for me to just cash my check and she told me no there would still be a hold. Later learned I could have gone and cashed it at Walmart or Hyvee. Customer service was terrible I got no explanation until I spent 30 minutes calling customer service and they told me there is nothing I can do now. Will be closing my account when my check clears you cannot do this to people.
