The following month I was looking at my accounts and noticed I had been charged a $3.00 fee because my balanced had dipped below $100.00 How insulting and petty this appears to a customer that has banked with you for 25 years. I assume they would have taken the fee off my account if I had asked. I chose instead to close the account. For the thousands of dollars that have passed through your bank on my behalf you chose to insult a customer with a junk fee. I guess you are charging me a loyalty fee or rental fee for my money. Funny thing is, mobile deposit was deactivated for other reasons...had nothing to do with bounced checks or fraud or anything like that! JUST a few overdraft issues which I actually used mobile deposit to get my account back on good standing QUICKER!!! Which by the way their overdraft fees are $40!!! Lol so for someone who gets behind in life...which happens...be prepared to be further behind with their fees! I tried calling to see if they would reactive it since it was a unique and critical time. They told me it was not possible and that I could have mobile deposit access in about 6 months. SERIOUSLY!! So this morning at 9am I go to the bank to deposit my checks before work. Come to find out DUE TO THE CRISIS, they do not open till 9:30am. Can anyone else see my frustration!?!!!!!! Terrible online banking app. Also I deposited a check two days ago into their ATM and it's STILL not available and when I talk to the women that work at the bank all they can tell me is that there is a waiting period and I'm basically SOL. They are withholding me from my heard earned cash and making so I'm unable to pay rent on time. I suggest to everyone and interested in creating a new bank account DO NOT create a bank account with this bank. They are absolutely terrible.

TLDR: do NOT use Arvest for a mortgage- THEY LOST MY MONEY!…read more I went through Arvest for my mortgage because of past business relationships with them, and the assurances they gave that they do NOT sell or transfer their mortgage loans. WRONG! They have decided to outsource my mortgage, only 5 years after origination, and in their brilliance decided to do this over the HOLIDAY! I had already made my December payment (via auto pay electronically, just as I have for the past 5 years) when they notified me of the change. I called and asked about it, and they assured me that my payment would be processed and applied to my loan before it got sent to the new bank. Now, here it is 10 days later, and they still have not processed my payment, nor can they even FIND it! The money has been taken out of my bank account as if they received the payment, but they have not applied it to my loan and told me they "don't have the payment." They won't investigate it, telling me to go back to my bank and have them investigate it themselves. Meanwhile, my loan is being sent to the new provider WITHOUT a record of my last payment since Arvest "did not receive it" (even though they did because the money was taken out of my bank account). So, I am now out $1100 for my originally made payment that ARVEST CAN'T FIND, as well as having to come up with ANOTHER $1100 to pay the new company so I am not behind in my loan, until SOMEONE can figure out what Arvest has done with money!
