But he was not at the wedding, but two of his employees were? He did not tell me he would not be at the wedding. The staff who were there did not exude a positive or cheery attitude with my guests, my vendors, or with my family. Specifically, he was rude to my mom. I refer to the staff as "DJ Timbo." My mother (I'm still incredulous at this) had to interfere when DJ Timbo blocked my bartenders in on the porch with their equipment. DJ Timbo even floated the idea of an additional setup fee since he had to move his equipment off the porch after his initial set up on the porch (this was NEVER in our plan in the first place and Kim never mentioned this to me) to the lawn - which was the original plan when he and I were coordinating in person. The original plan was for the bartenders to be on the porch, always. The rain plan was for the bartenders to set up inside the Baker, or inside the Blue House, and the DJ would be on the porch. But the rain plan was not needed. DJ Timbo (and my wedding planner) thought music had to stop at 10pm or we would be fined due to a sound ordinance. A staff from the setup/tear down team called the Argenta police to inquire. We only had to turn down the music to be compliant. The Baker is a downtown venue where bars and restaurants are just down the street. When we found out the music could continue, we had already played our final 2 exit songs, which was so disappointing! When I told staff at the Baker what had happened, they were shocked because the sound ordinance should have been a non-issue. Guests were under the impression that dancing would stop and the reception would potentially need to move to a bar down the street because my husband and I were given the wrong information. DJ Timbo started to tear down about 10:15pm even though we had paid him through 11pm. My mom stopped him. Also, DJ Timbo played 3 group dance songs in a row, which felt excessive. I would have preferred them to be split up throughout the night, or have 1-2 normal songs in between.

First interaction with this guy Me: "when is my daughter up next" his answer "i don't like to do math." When i pressed him for a straight answer he said 3-4 so he agreed 4 at most, then proceeded to call her name 7 people later. So if you like to time your phone calls or bathroom breaks etc to make sure you don't miss your song or want to make sure you aren't getting skipped don't go to this guy's shows. Looks like word gets around too. Place was pretty dead. Sad to see a close by business get run down by a poorly run show that drives customers away.

I had a few special people who I wanted to be in my wedding such as my mother. We signed a contract in August in a meeting with Trell in which we told her what we wanted.. we didn't necessarily care about how the tables were decorated as we thought we would be getting someone with excellent work by the pictures standards on her website and Facebook page. We were wrong. What u are getting is what her time will allow. During my experience with Kimberly Trell she stayed so busy we had our first meeting after signing the contract was December 30th when our wedding date was January 6th, forgot things she should have known about our event since our wedding was so simple. Her contracts and her detailed paperwork does not reflect each other. Which means she can't give you specific cost of food, services she contracted on our behalf ect.. I asked her for itemized invoices several times she never produced any (one of her contacted staff did but she did not). Also she third party contracts with other companies for certain services such as DJ and draping/ lighting (production services). I had sereval other issues as well with the service I received. Based on the level of service advertised especially when we had a very loose budget when we contracted this service and paid the balance in full two months before my wedding. Therefore in my opinion there was no excuse as to why our wedding didn't meet the standards of the wedding and events advertised on the website and Facebook page. I don't recommend this service, however if you must do so with caution. #MrsRiddles
