The teller was courteous but needed to check with the manager. The manager was very rude and lacked any empathy in regard to the situation. If it had been a matter of company policy and he had been polite while saying no, then I would not be writing this right now. However, to lack any kind of empathy and understanding for a horrifying situation regarding children and parents who are doing everything they can to find them when saying no is unrespectable and dispicable. If you have any value in doing business with places that show understanding and empathy towards the community it serves, then I would avoid this bank at all costs. As for me... they will NEVER see a dime of my money in their ledger. Interestingly enough, this was also the ONLY business in Goshen out over 100 that refused a flyer.

We received the title, obviously bc the ENTIRE balance was paid. The account has been marked as closed for 3 years. Imagine the surprise when my husband takes his daily look at his credit score and it's plummeted 80 points over night. Why you ask? Because yesterday, Interra opened up our closed account, added a $25 charge, then marked it as 120 days late. Considering the massive point drop, obviously this is being considered a 4 month late loan payment, not some random fee. I'm not sure the minimum IQ level you have to work at this circus, but someone flew under that level to get hired.

The second was good but since they were more local they advised against them due to that the international transfers may not happen well. Third was the charm and they saw us right away and we got approved and got it setup. The account manager even told us things to consider such as the transfer fees (which we knew about) and some other things to consider. She was most helpful.
