WARNING: Avoid this "doctor" at all costs. Gives a bad name to these wonderful remedies…read more I've had acupuncture and cupping many times in Los Angeles and from multiple practitioners. I was unable to get in at my regular doctor before I took a trip to NY. I searched online and found "MD" Yap. Based on my experience, I am almost certain this practitioner is a phony expert, as he not only used far less needles and didn't place them in the typical puncture points, but jammed at least one of them in way too far, which resulted in pain and a protruding contusion. Then came the cupping, which usually feels great, rather than placing on a multitude of cups with the suction necessary to leave their trademark purple circles, he used about 4 of them, weakly, which did absolutely nothing and left no mark. He then had the gall to charge $150--about the max a really good LA-based practitioner would charge. This was a massive waste of money (and time) and I would highly recommend you avoid this "doctor" as he's more likely to harm you than to help you. I'm pretty sure he prays on those who do not know what to expect from an acupuncture / cupping session. Acupuncture and cupping have been a great alternative to drugs and surgery for me and I would hate to have anyone turned off from their benefits by someone who does not understand how these methods work and uses them as a way to fleece people of money.

Well, i also have been to acupuncture in los angeles as i lived there for ten years. I love dr yap…read moreas much as i loved my treater in los angeles. He helped get me full range of motion back in my wrist (broken) after only a few sessions (something pt was not helping with). He's also helped me with other subsequent hiking injuries AND insomnia. Highly recommend.

The Green Room was highly recommended to us for physical therapy by several people whose opinions…read morewe value. We selected the Clifton Park site for services, and we were pleased with the individualized treatment plan. We do not give five stars without a lot of thought. We are not newbies to physical therapy; in fact, we have had prior experiences with other PT providers including home visits. Our assigned PT Patrick Schroeder was excellent! My husband saw him for several sessions because of severe mobility and balance issues that were acerbated by a fall and a bout of Covid in December. Patrick was knowledgeable and helpful in explaining the mobility issues and modifying the treatment plan when needed. He has outstanding interpersonal skills, and my husband was encouraged appropriately during his therapy sessions with him. He enjoyed chatted about SU sports and engineering with him. These interchanges helped him relax during the sessions. Patrick gave us two pages of exercises my husband could do at home to complement the therapy sessions. Office experience: The Green Room has friendly staff that are peasant to deal with when making or cancelling appointments.

Walked into Ellis UCC in Clifton Park, we were the only ones in wait area…read more Son had a pretty severe lip laceration from a fall. We waited 30 minutes then we were sent to room in back. They took our name and my son's blood pressure. We waited 20 minutes more. The P.A. came in and after 10 seconds, said.... We can't help you, go to Albany Medical center. OK this is fine. But then weeks later we received the bill of $1800.00 and that is with insurance folks. $1800.00 to take our blood pressure. YOU ARE OUT OF YOUR MIND... We will not be paying this bill. Riddiculous. If there was a ZERO star, I'd be ranking them that. BTW: Albany medical handled my son faster and the bill with the plastic surgeon work was $1700.00. W.T.H. Ellis

By Monday my doctor had not received the test results and requested them. Tuesday, called my doctor, no results and I drove to the facility at Sitterly Road where the ultrasound was taken. The receptionist (D) was great but said she could not get the results there and submitted a request that the results to be sent to my doctor and emailed to me. Wednesday, I called my doctor and no results, no email. I got fed up and went back to that urgent care at Sitterly Road. I figured this was the only way I could get the results. All this time I'm still having a quite a bit of discomfort and really want answers. I was seen and treated in a very timely fashion. The people I dealt with, D, nurses and doctor were perfect. Thursday 10/30 (that's a full week now) my doctor's office received the results and I got an email that my test results are available FOR $6.50!!! Dealing with them was literally a pain in the .....
