Totally different experience with Alyce. I didn't feel embarrassed, or uncomfortable, or tense. Score. On top of that, she doesn't just give you a massage, she understands the physiology behind what is causing your symptom and treats THAT. So I went from episodic Pain Level 9 spasms along with constant hip pain, to being fine. Score. The effect was immediate, although it took a couple days for the soreness from the spasms to completely resolve. Score. That was two weeks ago, and her "fix" continues to hold. Score. On top of that, I found her open and easy to talk with. And she has awesome pooches. Bonus. I'm very grateful that I took the chance and let her use her skills on me. I'll be back.

While on the table, she guided my intentions for the session and had me focus and imagine negative things floating away. I was able to let go of some very heavy things I'd been holding on to and came out of the session feeling so much lighter and more at peace. My second experience was with Cassidy for a 90 minute massage. I told her I'd booked it because I'd seen it was recommended after the reiki session and as a reiki master she explained the link and went into more depth with the connection between the two. She is extremely knowledgeable and explained things about my body that had been affected by my mental state of mind. She intuitively knew after working on me for a few minutes that cupping would be needed to increase the blood flow and asked if she could do that. Just surrender to her and let her work her magic! She also used the singing bowls at the end of my session. Overall, I went into these appointments wanting to just relax, grasping at straws to get negative energy out of me because what I was doing wasn't working. I left feeling so calm and happy and because of their consultations with so much information on how to move forward incorporating the principals of and understanding of how to keep that peace at home, make safe spaces for myself, and prioritize time for myself to prevent me from getting to the place I had been when I entered their door.
